they need to b praised too :)**
edit- lets apply the same criteria to husbands be it stay at home husbands or working husbands**

here is my day:
- wake up at 7 and get ready for work
- hubby works from home so i come home at around noon, eat lunch and spend time with him
- go back to work at 1ish
- come back home at 4.30ish, pray, and start cooking (sometimes i woudl take out the meat from the freezer during lunch to defrost, so it saves me time)
- at around 6.30ish, dinner is made
- clean the mess i made , as well as everything else
- pray maghraib
- then hubby and i would eat
- then watch some tv/movie
- pray isha
- watch a little more tv or if im really tired, i will go to sleep (this is around mid night)
and then again the next day same routine
and the hardcore bathroom cleaning on sundays too
somedays i dont cook (thank god) and we go out to eat or eat whatever my MIL makes.
alhumdulillah, if i need help in anytyhing, the hubby would do it graciously.

oh yeah..thursdays evenings are halaqah with the hubby at the masjid...and saturdays are islamic school (me and hubby both teach) at the masjid.
which is why sunday is my hardcore cleaning and laundry day :S

you know me, i am a housewife/part time grad student/full time mommy to a little one.
This my day everyday almost:
Wake up for fajar around 6:30ish. Namaz/pack lunch for hubs etc.
After 7:30, i eat breakfast, chai, check email/watch a tv show i missed the night before etc.
Baby wakes up around 8-8:30ish, then its changing her diaper, feeding etc.
She takes two naps a day and i usually study/take a shower/watch tv when she does. When she is awake, mostly its time with her or do chores. If i have a school assignmetn due, then i work on that.
Hubs gets home around 4:30, we do chai together, he plays with her.
Dinner is around 7:30. Baby goes to bed around 8ish. Some days she stays up till late. I sometimes study at night after she goes to bed or we watch tv (rare these days).
Bed time at 11.
Hubs is very helpful with the baby. He puts her for the night quite often and sometimes takes care of her at home and i go out in the evenings, to the doc orthe library or the mall if i need something.
Since our baby gets afraid of the vaccum, he also vaccums on the weekend so i can be with her and make sure she isnt crying.
I go to school one night a week and he takes care of her when i am gone. Alhamd he is very involved with her.

Wake up 7am
Make breakfast for schoolgoing kid and hubby
Pack their lunches
Get daughter ready
Feed her breakfast 
Little one wakes up right after they step out
Cuddle up moments with her 
Breakfast for her
Get her ready for school
Drop her off
Make all the beds
Log on to GS
Check PMs and emails
Clean up kitchen from breakfast mess
Figure out what to cook for lunch and dinner
Cook
Do other household chores
(check GS off and on)
Pick up little one from school
Run errands at this time
(such as grocery, bankwork, post office work, oil change etc.)
Pick up older kid from bustop
Lunch time
Go for Qur’an to masjid
Teach at masjid while my kids attend their sabaqs
Come home, hubby is home
Have dinner
Family time

3 days work/4 days housewife
working days:
5.00 am: fajr (sometimes unfortunately)
6.45 am: wake up, get ready
7.20 am: get munchkin up (plead with her, bribe her, threaten her)
7.30 am: out the door with the hubz and munchkin
8.30 am: drop munchkin and hubz at childcare (hubz takes her up and goes to work from there)
9.00 am: arrive at work
5.00 pm: finish work, and go pick the hubz up
5.10 pm: namaz in the car LOL
6.00 pm: pick up the munchkin (plead with her, bribe her, threaten her, buy her something)
6.45 pm: get home
7.00 pm: get dinner ready (usually defrost something that ive made and put in the freezer)
7.15 pm: dinner time.. and telly time with munchkin and hubz. Might also do a load of laundry
7.45 pm: namaz
8.00 - 8.30 pm: munchkins bathtime
8.45 pm: munchkins milk time
9.15 - 9.45 pm: trying to put munchkin to bed
10.00 pm: breathe time... time with the hubz, namaz
10.45 - 11.30 pm: bed time
(wednesdays and thursdays are hubz's dinner days. As in he can do watever he wants to put food on our plates. Mama relaxes.. or i guess runs after munchkin during this time)
housewife days:
7.45 - 8.00 am: munchkin wakes up
8.15 am: breakfast with the munckin while we watch some cartoons and other kiddie shows
9.30ish: bath time for munchkin
11.00 am: out the door to do groceries, and daily errands, munchkin falls asleep in the car on the way back (peace!)
12.30 pm: rest time for mama
1.00 pm: start to make dinner and munchkins lunch for when she gets up
2.30 pm: munchkin is up. Cuddle time for 10 minutes. Laadiyan.. lunch time
3.00 pm: onwards, chores are done.. laundry, cooking, cleaning
7.00 pm: pick up hubz from station
7.30 pm and onwards: dinner time and mama relaxing time as the hubz takes over (well takes over playing with munchkin)
9.30 pm: put munchkin to sleep
10.00 pm: same as working day schedule. Might sit down and watch some foreign movie with the hubz.. which is always great. Oh and get his lunch ready for the next day as well.

He sleeps in the study, I sleep in children's bedroom, sometimes we sleep in the living room.(We're in the middle of buying a place with bedrooms)
He makes tea, I wash dishes.
I cook twice a week. He brings gourmet for five days.
He earns money, I educate and look after our three boys.
We fight, I cry, he comforts me.
Grocery, bills and other similar stuff we do it together via internet.

Get them/myself dressed

Plan evening meal (i.e will i cook? Will he cook? Shall we order out?)
Daily phonecall with mum
Run errands
12pm -
Read namaaz
Lunch with ladies
Daily Krispy Kreme treat
Check emails, GS time (throughout the day on and off)
3pm -
Pick up food shopping
Pick up girls
Snack time for girls
Read namaaz
Drop them off to Quranic class
Retail therapy
6pm -
Read Namaaz
Pick up girls
Dinner for girls
Family time (minus Mr Maroush if he is not home yet)
Bath time for girls
Mr Maroush usually arrives by now… girls hang out with him, he reads them their books at night and we put them to bed

Snuggle time!
Whilst Mr Maroush works out in the gym, i have a “conference call” with my siblings
GS time throughout the night… hello insomnia…

Wake up at 7:00
Get ready and make myself tea
Work from 8:00 to 4:30 (GS during this time, usually a phone call with ammi too while i am at work)
Get home around 5:00
Pray Asr and eat some food (I usually eat a light lunch at work so thats when I actually feed myself)
Pick up a few things here n there aka cleaning or watch TV
Pray maghrib
then husband and I go the gym
We usually come back around 8:00
pray Isha
Husband warms up the food for himself while I work on some projects or lessons for Sunday Islamic School or we cook some food depending on the day
I also do some part time consulting so then I work on those projects for an hour or two four times a week (or watch a movie) before going to bed around 11
Every other Saturday.. we go out to see friends, mall, grocery, or sometimes just a long drive until we find something :D oh and also phone calls to his family.. my mom calls pretty much everyday for haal chaal so we dont have specific times for that!
Sunday.. Sunday school (husband and I both teach there) eat out and then spend the evening doing the laundry, thorough cleaning and all that jazz shamaz
He does the laundry and vaccuum while I scrub the kitchen and bathroom once in every two weeks
Usually our house is not messy except the piles of clothes here and there so once we pick that up it looks just fine!
Cooking.. we both do it together whenever we feel like it.
Wednesday nite.. we attend halaqa at the masjid after maghrib so we skip gym for that!

stretch luxuriously and smile.
make my way to the computer, check emails and GS and facebook
spend a few hours online while I decide what to do with my day…all the while updating my facebook status, posting in my blog, and posting on GS and replying to guppies’ PMs about why I locked their threads…
I finally decide where I will go for shopping, what I will buy, and spend another hour looking for something nice to wear, and i spend another half hour doing my hair and makeup. Cz i have hte time for it u know?
Then I go shopping, and grab lunch. Walk at a leisureley place to check out the “naya maal”.
When its time for me to go home, sometimes ill take a cab home cz i am just SO TUCKERED OUT from all Id id all day 
By now its 5 PM.
I sweep the floors, chop the sabziyan or start cooking the salan, do the dishes, do any laundry if it didnt get done over the weekend, check gs/emails/facebook/text messages, make sure the salan doesnt get burnt, cook the rotis,
7 PM, hubby’s home, and its my time to relax. Cz i am just SO TIRED
