Lots of people do laundry everyday or every other day...depends on the amount of clothes soiling and size of the family. You dont want to do 7 loads on Sunday so space it out.
What is the normal frequency for a family of three?

depends.. if u have a kid who dirties her clothes everyday, and if ur someone like me who has to wash her shirts after wearing them once, then i do do my washing everyday, or 2-3 times on the days that im home... :) during the winter though, my daughter goes through a lot more clothes cus she has thermals, singlets, skivvies, stockings... so more washing then :)

I am wife wid a kid, work part time, study part time.
6:30 am: wake up, namaz,
7:00 am :husband’s breakfast, pack som lunch for both of us
7:15 am: get ready
7:30 am: 2.5yr old wake up, kisses , take her to bathroom, give her some cereal or bar( I have my In- Laws staying wid me , so either my SIL or my MIL wud make her breakfast later when they are up) make her stay wid grandfather b/c he is the only one up at that time ,
7:45 am: leave for work.
8:00am- 3:00: work, internet, GS, mail, namaz at work
3:30 p.m: home, hugs and kisses wid daughter, she is usually up after her afternoon nap, I lay down for half and hour.
4:00p.m : Up and in the kitchen, to make dinner or rotee,or just warm up dinne if I have cooked a day earlier, my husband eats tazee rotee every day so,
4:30 p.m: asar
5:30p.m :Husband’s back. We eat dinner,
6:00p.m : His tea time.I dont drink tea so…
6:30p.m: Time wid daughter, her study time, coloring, writing practice.
7:30 p.m: Daughetr’s dinner time,
8:00 p.m- onwards: Daughetr’s time wid hubby start, he is going to make her change into sleeping suit, get her to brush teeth, story time n all, and I mostly check mails, talk to mom, spend time wid in laws,ishaa,
9:00 p.m: Daughter’s asleep, now my time wid hubby, watch tv or som movie, discuss our days, prepare for next day etc.
10:30 p.m: Sleep time
