^ yes, i do have a very small frame. I have major boobage right now because I have put on about 20 pounds. 20 looks a lot on me and I hate the negative attention I get. Hubby is loving it though, lol! I gain weight in my chest and thighs. I am really not comfortable

Ok Update.. Went for a 3.5 mile run last night.. I used www.mapmyrun.com which basically helps you in mapping routes that you have ran or wish to run and tell you the distance. I am so happy as i did it non stop and had good stamina.
Downside was the 2nd part of my run was past a high street with loads of takeaways (all halal ) and the fried chicken smelt so so good
Went home and had Veg Lasagne which was quite healthy and finished off with a yoghurt and fennel tea before I went to bed
I feel a msucular pain in my stomach area so I thinkt he Curves is working Just need to get rid of the fat
Still couldn’t get up for a run today so plan to do an hour of skipping tonight
B: Finished off my cereal at work as Ramadan starts from next Monday

yesterdays routine … breakfast peanut butter sandwich,lunch a bowl of cantaloupe and 2 oranges dinner less than half roti with bhindi and a plate of daal… didint get time for excercise .. * dont kill me
and how is my eating routine going? is too much ??
oohh 28 days … feels like we r sitting in an examination hall teacher is coming to us to snatch our answer sheets and we still have a long question left
28 days is less for the weight loss we hope to achieve but lets see. With Ramadan coming, it may help if we watch are diet and not eat all the oilly stuff. I recommend working out after Iftari not after Sehri. You can't even drink water.
Today I woke up and weighed myself. 2 lbs lost. woot woot. So all in all I've lost 12-14 lbs in just over a month.
Yesterday was a good day workout wise but food wise, it was okay. I was hungry when I came home from workout at night and ate a little too much :(

Just finished curves and finished off half a tub of hummous and ryvita biscuits. ooops
I will behave myself and only eat fruit in the evening as I am travelling home today and will work from home tomorrow
Meh.. Didn't do so great yesterday. I had a bowl of cereal in the morning. Ate a plate of plane rice for lunch/dinner and an apple. Had no time for a workout yesterday but did run a few errands. I would say I had about 800 calories. Again no soda or coffee.
Are you talking about desi chai or Chinese tea? Desi chai is a badIdea but Chinese dietary tea on the other hand is very good for you. I can't do without chai. I have substituted regular sugar with equal or splenda for now. And I am using 2% milk for chai.
