I had a bad bad Friday and Saturday. I ate a LOT of unhealthy stuff. I ate a huge pack of pasta ... all by myself.. eeek.. I love pasta!
I did however worked out and burned about 310 calories on Saturday. Gotta be more careful if I want to lose my target weight by Sept.
I can't give up pastas and rice either so I eat only fruits for breakfast and evening meal and a heavy lunch of mixed meals including pastas or rice and meat, I eat more meat than the pasta/rice/potatoes though. So big portion of meat and veggies with a small portion of white carbs.
today i had an apple and a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast, lunch 1 banana,1 apple and few apricots no snacking in btw ... will workout once i reach home
:( loosing hope ,feeling sad or i dont know something is happening !
^^ I think a little bit more. I am so so disheartedy by my recent food overdose.. sigh.. that too, pasta, rice, heavy sauces. So hard to get back on track. And in this weather I hate working out!
Hey guys! Just wanted to report some progress, I've lost 2 pounds but I haven't been working out lately :( I know....but I've gotten really lazy. I think because its summer and I'm on vacation it's hard to care but I'm going to try and start working out again frequently.
actully yes its best weather but on the other hand its really hard to do:(
its 40 (c) max,min 38(c) here anyway..
yesterday i had apple and peanut butter sandwich for breakfast,lunch apple banana and few apricots,dinner 1 plate dal with less thsn half roti and 2 tbsp keema and 2tbsp chawal and a cup of green tea after an hour.. plus walk for 45 min did 250 times skipping and i have dedicated 10-12 mins to some yoga poses

Bad news for me.. Went home on the weekend and weighed myself and I was the same .. no change..
I eas expecting to have lost atleast a kg.. I have been working so hard :(
My body fat was showing as 38% :( I was 28% the week before
It has deflated me (mind the pun) knowing I haven't even lost 10 grams
I now have 31 days and really need to get it going..
Weekend - Food wasn't great but wasn't bad either..
I think I will start counting calories too and also start running every day (minimum 5 miles)
For me to lose 10 kg in a month , I need to have run 290 miles .. I ran 5 miles on Saturday so as well as counting down days I will also count down the miles..
I have membership at my home city gym and can't seem to get them to transfer it to London .. For me to run properly I need to use a treadmill so I can appreciate how little I have run
so 31 **days left

Calories: Cereal this morning with ss milk - 250 calories
-Coffee (negligible)
dont get upset confucius .. body takes time to adapt to new excercise routine.u'll notice a positive difference after 15 days INSHALLAH its my personal experience i lost my first kg after 15 days of HARD WORKOUT ROUTINE literally it was real hard. its hard to lose first few pounds... then ... u lose very fast ... dont let it get to you .. u definitely cant gain weight doing it

ight: 72 kilos goal weight: anything below 65 time frame: by eid inshallahhhh ... personally running is the fastest way for me to lose weight (on treadmill) but during ramadan i shall just limit my carb intake opting for soups, chicken, high protein foods instead ..... goodluck to everyone!
Yeah I guess it happens. I did good on Sunday. I ate not so good bkfast but rest of the day was pretty good and I worked out too. I live in New York. And yeah I shouldn’t complain about the heat. I’d rather workout right now then in winters plus I go to a gym

You know its okay if you haven't lost anything. Like I mentioned my weight loss was very slow too but then right after a month of working out and dieting.. boomm.. I lost 10 lbs. Also, just a suggestion, try to cut down your calorie intake.
