breakfast -oats poridge and a banana 8:30 and a cup of tea by 10,lunch plate of daal and 1cucumber,an apple at 12:30 a cup of green tea (after an hr), dinner 1plate of mix vegtables and 2 oranges. i have my dinner at 6:30
workout routine: 45 mins of brisk walk and jog .. i was doing like 2 rounds of brisk walking and 2 rounds of jogging then 2 rounds of brisk walking and 2 rounds of jogging did this thng for 45 mins then 250 times skipping
i involved my brother as well he we both go together for a walk/jog its FUN i am enjoying :D
Actually I am pretty okay with eating low cal. I eat very healthy so although I eat a lot, I eat things that are very low in calorie. I eat a lot of deli meat, brown bread, skim milk, tuna etc. I do have at least two cups of tea everyday (I know not a very good idea but I can't resist tea).
My weight fluctuates a lot during the day so that's one thing I am a bit worried about. My workout is extremely good. I make the most out of my 1-1.5 hour. I go when my baby is asleep at 9:30 10 at night. I weighed myself this morning, scale reads 10lbs lighter but I know it won't be the same during the day.. probably will show me 6lbs lighter instead of 10.. ah sucks!
Agree with ABlossom - Stick to weighing in the morning on an empty stomach.. I am so keen to check my weight but no scales where I stay and the lady at Curves has moved the scales as she doesn’t want us to check our weight before the monthly weigh ins

Lunch: 5 Oat Biscuits
1 Cheese Triangle
4 Falafels ( )
and the remaining tzakziki
I feel satiated so hopefully this will cover me until I get home for Dinner
I’m wearing size 12 trousers at the mo and really keen for them to hang off my hips rather than wrap around my thighs
I will need to go for a 40 minute walk today… I can’t just rely on the half an hour curves session
Last night .. **I was really abd and annihalated a whole pack of Cashew Nuts .. I felt so sick afterwards
Dinner: Green beans, Lentil and Spinach and one spoonfull of pasta
I actually couldn't eat it all so I left mosta nd then finished with Chammomile Tea before bed
Today: Nothing as yet - One cup of tea & 1 cheese triangle
Lunch: After Curves I will have fruit and 2 Oat biscuits with Cheese Triangles..

I had some inspiration from a colleage who lost over 30lbs in 7 months from exercise and not eating carbs after 1pm and protein and veg in the evening..
She ran 30 minutes at the gym every day and she's a tiny size 8 uk (size 4 US)
Gives me the incentive to push myself and not miss out on the exercise
So I noticed I am the only one who counts calories.. I keep a food journal that helps me. I type everything I eat online to see how many calories I consumed and how many I burn each day. Sparkpeople.com is an awesome website. I set my goal, selected my exercises.. each day I write down what I ate and my work out routine. So far I have lost 10 lbs and want to lose another 20-25 by the end of September IA!
Surprisingly my measurements are fine but my weigh is on the heavier end. Though logically doc says it shouldnt matter cuz its due to dense bone, body structure, etc etc but still i want to loose 10 kgs to be in my ideal weight and to not to have to worry about what i am eating.
I will start proper gym from monday as its that time of the month for me cough.
So, hands up who think its achievable? And anybody else with same targets as me.
I had a bad bad Friday and Saturday. I ate a LOT of unhealthy stuff. I ate a huge pack of pasta ... all by myself.. eeek.. I love pasta!
I did however worked out and burned about 310 calories on Saturday. Gotta be more careful if I want to lose my target weight by Sept.
