I have lost about 5 kgs in Ramadan, because I cant eat much during iftaar or sehri! YAAAAY

What have you been eating on regular basis for Sehri and Iftaar?

For sehri it is usually cereals and milk. And a glass of water ..

For iftaar, I eat fruit chaat or channa chaat.. Then have roti salan. Or rice/pasta with salad ..

My eating has decreased a lot in Ramadan, because I simply cant eat much due to feeling super full after a few bites ..

I just hope I can keep it off after ramadan as well .. Thats the trick .. but enjoying for now haha!

^ Eating less sugary stuff leads to less craving for sweet stuff. Stop completely for a few days and the cravings will go away.

There is a down side to that though. Staying away may lead to overeating sugary food after a few days.

I say have them in small quantity. I loooove sugary food and I have given up on "I am not gonna eat this" ... Instead I am doing "I'll have a lil bite" ..

I go with cut out sugars all together, you're taste buds and body will get used to it after a week or so and then even a nectarine will taste tooooo sweet. I had jordans oat clusters and felt sick because I had become so sensitive to the truck load of sugar which a few weeks back I wouldn't have noticed

everyone's different I suppose. If i cut out sugary stuff completely from my diet for a few days, i don't crave it unless I am PMSing. And even with strong cravings, I can't eat a lot of sweets/candies at once. I would want to throw up if i do

How is everyone doing?

I am fine, been bad and not doen any exercise at all :( and I ate a bit too much last night

Iftar was 3 Dates and 3 Glasses of water
a nectarine and a handful of raspberries
A yoghurt
Chicken soup with a portion of vermicelli noodles :(

Sehri : Nothing as I woke up late

I am bored

Went for my Curves session, I am getting really bored by the machines and the manager is a bt of a meeti choori so decided won't go ahead with it after the trial
I will probably join the gym near the train station as the upcoming dark nights mean it is highly unlikely that I will go out running in the dark

i have been bad too :( no exercise yesterday, i keep saying this but i HAVE to do the shred tonight

confu are you doing the shred dvd at all? as well as the gym try to fit in the shred routine

as it will give you the boost you need before the 25th

your doing well with your eating too :)

I am finding it hard to find space to do it, I will probably try and locate some space this weekend.. I am living at family friends and the room is tiny where I stay ..I will definitely try it when in Pakistan but feels unlikely here..

I really need to push myself and atleast do skipping

ok girls.. I binged badly last night on uff so much I don't even want to list it as it will make me cry

Iftaar - In order

3 Dates
3 Glasses of water
2 apples

Tyrells Veg Chips.. They were yuck.. so took two handfuls and thought what the hell am I doing eating something I am not even enjoying

1 boiled egg with 2 spoonfuls of new potatoes

Chicken soup

Then tried another handful of Tyrells Cheese and Onion Crisps and Keva

So today
Sehri - 0
Iftaar - 3 dates and an apple and bas

I am still stuck dead on 66 kg and feeling flabbier as if my muscle has gone..

Where is everyone?

sorry for posting after a long long looong time i was soo bzy in my work couldnt get a time for sir khojayeng also :cb: thank god its a weekend.. u all r doing great :k:
my weight:62 i havent excercised for almost 2 weeks now :bummer: … everyone is saying that i have become a skeleton :frowning: soo i dont know how to take this comment !! my fiance said i am in a perfect figure now :blush: so i think i should not hit 58 i need to lose more from my bottom area it would be a good idea if i lose 2 more kgs thats it !! i am 5’4 and 23 so according to my height and age 60 is a good weight no?
and more thing!! now i can wear my old clothes :hula:
