TMi but I am having major issues with bathroom visits, I don't think I have been for quite a few days.. I know I have cut down on fibre so will eat apples at Iftaar..
and confusious i had those issues with toilet too .... its the side effects of the diet all you can do is keep eating insoluble hi fibre foods and wait lol
You guys can take liquid paraffin (light one is prefered); 1 tsp with 1/4 cup of milk and then take hot tea over it. And tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa helloo toiet!!! :D Lols.
im mad at myself for not pushing myself these last 3 days as i have not done ANY exercise
what ever happens tonight i am gonna do level one’s day 10 exercise - then on top of that gonna do day 1 of level two
its gonna be hard but im defo gonna do it to compensate these last days
ok not really! Recently, I have really lost my appetite. I have not been exercising at all and not eating much either for the past 2 week or so. I think I am losing weight, i don't know. I can feel my clothes fitting a little better. I am not really watching what i eat (since I am not eating much).
I have recently started taking multivitamins (one A day for women) and that probably has something to do with it. I don't know..

Ok be careful with that bathroom thing. Honestly in the process of losing weight we sometimes forget how important it is to have regular bowel movement. If you let this go now, you’ll have a terrible time later on. Increas fiber in your diet or take some sort of supplement. Address the issue now. I am speaking from experience
I bought some Chinese Laxative Tea and had a cup yesterday and today things are better, I was concerned as the last time I had a visit was 4/5 days ago

My update is last night for Iftaar I had cabbage lots of it, 3 dates, a cup of yoghurt, a small portion of Salmon Curry and a spoonful of daal. I actually felt so full and guilty too
I had a big mug of Chinese oo long Tea and done..
This morning I had nothing for Sehri and going to go to Curves again

wilted spinach
soup
may have sm yoghurt tonight ....
back to no carbs and still feelings hungry ... probably coz didnt have any meat for iftar ..... by the way confuscious i havent weighed myself for this week so hoping im not 69,8 still lol

dont know why this is happening to me … so we got ready for our workout only to find that
for some reason the dvd wouldnt play level2 section of the shred workout so we had to do level one workout again
but atleast i DID the workout i thought to myself later - will be weighing myself one day before eid - im soooo nervous
