appleb - i know i think i need to rest my right leg cos yesterday was day 7 of exercise
and i couldnt put weight on my leg when getting up from press up’s
back fasting today and didnt get up for sehri so gonna be hungry for sure soon

i think when its our TOTM we shouldnt eat like normal just carry on as if your fasting
coz then our body doesnt know any different and we wont binge thats what i did
Get some proper rest and as soon as it feels right to get back to the exercise .. DO IT otherwise 1 day break may end up 5 days
Shall we all weigh in on the same day to give us an incentive once a week to see how we are all doing?
What day are youa ll good for.. I say Wednesday as it is mid week and will stop us from spoiling our plans at the weekend or give us time to repair the damage on a weekend

I am a little bit more than you guys. about 72 right now. Thing is, I just had a baby so physically its harder for me to lose weight. I get tired easily and feel that I am lacking nutrients. My husband said that I should start taking my prenatal vitamins again. I need to lose this weight for myself. I hate looking in the mirror now.. grrr. Khair I will get back on track this week. Last week was BAD. I am fasting today and will be for the rest of the Ramadan. That should help.

i weigh myself yesterday and i am 63kg now ALHUMDULLILAH
and my target weight is 58
Routine: an apple , palak cheese omlette for breakfast, afternoon 3 khajoors, Iftar: a bowl of fruit chat,chickpeas chat and 1 & half kachori with thori si aalo ki sabzi and later a cup of green tea.
i am not fasting today will start it from tomorrow INSHALLAH

i am fasting today ALHUMDULILAH … had an apple,an orange and 3 dates for sehri i fed myself zabardstiiii so that i could work all day
mother had a grand iftar at our place last night ...
tried to stay away from carbs, ate 2 dumplings but didnt touch the biryani or other bad foods, bit dissapointed i ate a sugar dessert ( a meringue nest with strawberries(no cream)) ... weighed myself today im still 69.8 , not fussed the digits are not decreasing i know slow weight lossis more effective in the long run ... confuscious your really obsessed with your scale digits , and you are expecting very fast weight loss , ideal weight loss is 1-2 kilos a week MAX ..... hoping for scales to be 66 within span of few days is useless you will put it back on even if you starve yourself to achieve the desired weight .......
I’m beginning to lose my appetite, I opened Iftaar with 3 kajoor and 2 glasses od water and then had 2 tablespoons of Fish Curry and a pile of wilted Spinach
My bad afterwards was 2 biscuits with my tea
I know Shabnaam , the scales are my way of tracking that I don’t overeat so even a .1 of as difference makes me feel good ..
I didn’t get to the gym yesterday and was banned from going for a run from my aunt due to the Riots in London so had a bummer of exercise routine
I am still at 72.. Haven't changed. I am going to continue with my diet/workout this week IA. I took a long break from it because I felt my body was getting too tired. I am fasting today. I had half parhata with one chicken seekh kabab, half cup of tea and one small biscuit, one banana. Thinking I am good for all day now. Its longer rozas and I have plenty to do today in the heat :(
