Maybe you can go for a long walk rather than run, running can exacerbate your back problem

It is best you don't stress the back more than you possibly can

i missed out on exercise past two days :frowning: so today was suppose to be day 8 of exercise but instead is day 6 :naraz:

but i was too busy and knackered getting things ready for my littlun’s bday party which was last night he’s 1 now :wub:

been good food wise and now that time of the month is here - no rozay for a a couple of days :frowning:

gonna word hard tonight though at the shred exercise - gonna be hard but gonna do it defo :slight_smile:

I lost 2lbs over the past week

Just popped to Zest Juice bar and bought myself a Green Clean Juice, with Lime, Apple, wheatgrass and ginger

Nothing like a good detox drink

yes rihanna is 63 and i really like her body (dont really like her or her music tho) and we around the same height so i figured its reasonable weight and shes not stick thin either .... although i am heavier in the chest area wheras she packs it on in the thighs ....

so my routine todays breakfast:1 apple,and a peanut butter sandwich at 11,afternoon 2 dates,around 4 another 2 dates,iftari 1 palak pakora,1 alo pakora and 2 samosas .. gooossh was nt able to control my self they were so tempting… i m sorry :bummer: and no excercise as i dont excercise these days

I gained back 2 lbs in the span of 2-3 days. I would like to think it’s muscle but it ain’t cause I am measuring a little more than I did beginning of the week.

I’ll never be my pre pregnancy size. :crying:

^Yeah no more pakorras or even fruit chat cause I go crazy with the chat and it's got tons of sugar.

So today was the forth day in a row that I worked out for an hour! I'm pleased that the work out seems not as awful now that I've gotten used to it. Also, its my time of the month so I cant fast but maybe I can spend more time working out because I wont be too hungry during the day to work out.

Just had iftar which was;
mung daal soup and chicken then had
yoghurt wid oats and
treated myself with half a cup chocolate milk .

Sehri just had water

weigh in day is on mondayyy .... im not sure if moong dall is carb or fibre does anyone know?

yesterdy was day 6 of shred exercise - and im sooo glad i worked my butt a** off :@:

i hate the jumping jacks, my right leg hurts sooo much - but still gonna defo do the exercise tonight

i was supposed to weigh myself before my exercise routine started but never got the chance, what with ramzan starting and my baby's b-day

but pushed myself today and went to boots and weighed myself - gutted to see how much i weigh :( iA going to keep up with exercise

and now im only going to weigh myself one night before eid !

ok on saturday palak chese omlette( added a tsp of grated cheese and choped palak) with a slice of whole meal bread for breakfast it has all the nuts i am glad i found this.. afternoon had 3 dates then around 4 o clock 2 dates and half apple ..
iftar:a bowl of fruit chaat without Sugar,watermelons and a bowl of chickpeas chat

todays breakfast:1glass of milk added 1tbsp of sweet basil seeds,an apple and a half slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter spread.

appleblossom your diet is excellent your on the right track my only advice is you eat less of the fruit for dinner , although we think fruit is healthy it has quite a lot of sugar content so better to have a vegetable salad than a full bowl of fruit salad .... but keep it up your doing great!

just broke my iftar :
plain yoghurt with crushed oats/banana and sulatanas on top

thai beef salad with cabbage
spicy broth soup

sehri : water

dessert: may have a spoon of chocolate cake but only a spoon not a slice inshallah :) i pride myself on being able to control myself when it comes to desserts .. I aim to eat enough to taste but not to eat to feed :)

However savoury is my weakness and i'm cravinggg for biryanii YUMM

Peanut butter sandwich is really filling, does it get you through the busy day?

Dates are good, pakora’s try your best to have just 1 pakora instead of 2 and so on even the tiny steps like 1 pakora instead of 2 will bring you closer to your goal
