I just did a JM work out too and it sucked. It was my second day doing her metabolism boost work out and it is no fun :( I just hate that its so long and she does each exercise twice. I need to find a new work out video, preferably one thats not an hour long lol.
last night for iftar had chicken on bone (few pieces) with salad . also had a crunchy oats topped , plain yoghurt with dab of honey (loved it ) if any1 wants the recipe i can provide it , plus its high in protein and zilch in carbs :)
Pleasing news is today i had my WEIGH DAY since the begining of ramadan , was 72 starting ramadan am now 69.8 kilos .... which proves my method does work and no i have not been doing any excersise whatsoever just the usual walking around Uni etc ....
I am not losing anything don't know what I am doing wrong :(

TBH I do like 100 and rest then a 100 rest and now a days I do pseudo skipping - without the rope wherever I am, in the loos in the kitchen, wherever no one can see me :)
ELIMINATE ALL CARBS from your iftar and sahur, eating high protein foods such as meats , veggies(except potatoes) ....
no drinks besides water and
no simple sugars (cake, ice cream, etc)
also make sure your portions are normal (doesn't have to be small but keep them medium... however i did treat myself to a small square of dark chocolate which is fine
the recipe for a yummy iftar opening appetizer is ;
rolled or crusshed oats (1/2 cup) , add tspoon of margarine to the oats and rub through , then place on small pan over stove till roasted and light brown,
add sultanas , crushed almonds, crushed nuts and 1 tspoon brown sugar to the oats, mix .
place greekstyle plain yoghurt in a small dessert dish,then add 1 tablspsoon natarul honey on top then sprinkle the oats mixture on top ... enjoy

i have posted what i ate for breakfast.. i had 3 dates in the afternoon & around 4 i had watermelons then iftar again some more watermelons and 2 rolls,1palak leaf (dipped in besan & fried) and 1cabbage pakora thats it.... is it too much girls ?? :(
Pseudo rope skipping doesn't give you enough resistance hence not as powerful. You are better off doing jumping jacks. I jump rope for an hour and half, 400 skips each session. By pretending to jump rope you are not helping build up stamina at all. Stick to the real thing and you will notice a difference.
I had a so so week. I've been eating a LOT. I am not fasting... will start tomorrow or sunday. My workout for this week sucks too. I only went 3 days so far. I want to either go tonight or tomorrow. I don't feel too good. back hurts but I still want to run for few minutes before the week ends. I don't know why after doing so well and losing more than 10 lbs I am back to where I was in regards to eating and excersing. I feel de-motivated.
