didnt have a good day today.. even though I made it through 30 mins in the gym, but ate up a storm.. insha'allah will be a better day tomorrow :)

So today I had

2 eggs at breakfast

A chicken and sweetcorn curry type thing small portion for lunch

Dinner I had a Plaice roasted in the oven

And now im eating a weight watchers yoghurt

wieght in wednesday eep!

Today I woke up and did like 15 mins of yoga but I just was too low in energy.

I am now having brunch

I had my usual 2 boiled eggs but as a treat I am having creamy mushrooms but the cream bit is made from low fat yoghurt.

quite tasty!

B: 1 glass lemon/honey/water; a bowl of foul medammes (arabic bean-thingy)
L: 1 cup chicken noodle soup
D: Aalo keema with 1 chapatti and half a plate of salad

Snack: 1 cookie, moong ki daal (nimko), coffee
didn't make it to the gym as I wasn't feeling too good.. but in-sha-Allah tomorrow!

could improve alot but baby steps

Morning/afternoon/evening girls (Covered the globe me thinks)

How is everyone, I have been super naughty and weighed in this morning at 66.6 :(

I see hubby in 4 days and very very angry at myself

I guess a good thing is my body fat comp is 28% so maybe the spinning everyday has led to muscle gain but I still have a bloated belly

Good thing is TOTM is over with and inshALLAH maybe my focusing on my diet for the next 3 days will reduce the horrible bloated stomach

Had a banana this am and that is it..

awww i hope you achieve your ideal weight before you meet your hubby and your hubby gives you jaado ki jhappi :)

i was very bad on weekends no diet control at all, as i was out for shopping both days so had all junk food.....

weight still 72 and i want to loose few kgs till november 15.......oooooooooooooooh i dont know how i am going to do it....

had 2 weetabix and a glass of milk and tea in breakfast

for lunch i had steamed breast piece with vegetables filled in it and one small cup of yougurt....

i hope i control my diet at dinner :S

Hi girls! Come on confi you can do it!

DRINK DRINK DRINK it will help with the bloating as will green tea. Carbs make you bloat too so try and have a low carb diet for the next 4 days. Maybe just some oats in the morning, but deffo nothing after 7pm!

Today I had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast 120 calories

Lunch - 1 Bowl of soup 90 calories, half a slice of toast -45 calories and a yoghurt -44 calories

Put some chicken out to defrost for din din.

Ideal weight is 60 kg (58kg final) but I can't believe why it is so hard for me to get down to that

I will start drinking green tea again

Just went for my spinning class

had a nectarine, will have some yoghurt and then see what is next

Lunch----salmon steak with pasts salad, apple juice.

Dinner---creamy tomato soup.

I had porridge for brekkie. And still thinking about lunch, I am trying very hard to fight severe chocolate cravings at the moment.

I might eat my lunch and then have a small cube of choccy.

confiii having your own place is alot easier in terms of organising meals etc. whats your living situation at the moment?

Your diet so far seems good! yay!

WHy no gym? no motivation?
