Oh God....tomorrow's the weigh day. Today, I had fish and ackee for lunch, I'll be doing 2 hours walk and then 30 min pilates session in the evening, and loads and loads of coffee tonight.

I went to the gym walked past a jacket potato vana nd decided to take one, only when I walked away did I realise wait a minute it is a potato.. how blonde can I get
So today it has been
B- 2 mini yoghurts and oatbran
Snk Coffee , Peach, Fig
L- Tuna and Jacket Potato (No Mayo)
2 handfuls of Almonds

Guys I am still the same weight 59-60kg sigh.
I had a really indulgent weekend though as I took a mini trip to london and had lots of yummy food!
But I walked sooo much i think it balanced out and weight remained the same.
This morning I had
2 boiled eggs
Lunch I had chicken soup
Snack - one finger of kitkat naught me

I wont have my weighing scale til Nov as its being shipped in my luggage - so im hoping that by then I have lost atleast 5-6 lbs.
I had whole wheat bread with 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 cup coffee with 1 tsp coffeemate and sugar for breakfast.
was really bad yesterday. caved in and had kfc for lunch
, but then had 1/2 cup pasta & 3 ounces of steak with 1 cup of salad for dinner.

it has been super busy
Today: B - Milk and Almonds
Lunch - 1 tin of tuna and 6 oatcakes ooops
Snks - 1 Peace, 2 plums oh and a banana
I am seeing hubby in a week now (changed my ticket) and I am heavier than him.. he is down to 66kg fully clothes
I am 66 bare minimum :(
Oh I did spinning at lunch time and going to the gym now to try and lose some weight... help

confu ... 1 week hmmm diffecult target. Well i ll suggest go on crash diet... Yeah yeah i knw its unhealthy but atleast u ll lose some weight in a week n after tht maintain a healthy routine. N plzzz after meeting wid ur hubby dont start over eating KHUSHI MEN !
well updates frm my side i ve gained 1 pound in last 2 days :-( so i m now 159 lbs. I wanted 2 lose 2 few pounds till 8 oct but now it seems a bit difficult... So lets see otherwise my goal is 150 lbs till bakra eid.... It means 9 lbs in 1 month n a week.

So good to see the thread being so active..
So I wasn't too bad last night.. I had Chicken and Veg and 1 slice of toast oh and 2 biscuits oops
forgot about the biscuits
This morning
1 fig
2 small pots of yoghurt
1 coffee
and that's it
No gym today as I am quite busy with work and will be travelling back home
This morning I was 65.8 inshLALAH by Monday I want to be 63 .. What do I need to do for that .. no white stuff bas

Had egg white with 2 whole wheat slices + a skinny caramel macchiato since I was out shopping and tht is the only healthy option I had (can you believe its only 104 caloriyaan?) - went to the gym for an hour and worked out like a maniac.. back home and gna go take a shower and then have a glass of milk and some fruit. Making qeema mattar for dinner, will only have 1/2 chapatti and tonz of salad with it :)

Oh booo guys the last 3 days have been awful
Lots if eating and no excercsie really annoyed and a bit anxious about how much ive gained.
Back on track today starting with 2 boiled eggs
Do you guys ever find that some days you dont care for food and some days are full or cravings and greed?

Lunch - Cup of hot choc and yoghurt and apple
Around 5.30 - A bowl of chicken and sweetcorn soup home made
Kinda pekkish now dont know what to eat!
