Re: 40 Day Weight Loss Challenge ..Pt2
Let's start simple belledonne (oh and shonaali)
1) Have a target weight and a target date, not something like I want to lose 20 kilos in 10 days, more of a I need to lose 5 kilos in 2 months type of thing, try and choose a date that links to an occasion (sp) such as with me .. I am seeing hubby on the 28th of Oct (a month away) and I want to be 60 kg and currently I am 65.. so 5 kilos in 1 month..
2) Start drinking water, herbal teas, green tea oh and 3 glasses of water before each meal used to really help
3) Cut out white (not being racist) but just stop using white sugar, white bread, white rice, potatoes, flour (biscuits etc)
4) Eat fruit, don't think of when and where and how many just eat as much as you can, and replace any snack you're having with a piece of fruit, ps bananas are a no no at the mo for me..
5) Just start walking/running.. I walk up the escalators rather than stand, I walk up the stairs at work, I walk to see a colleague rather than call them on the phone.. I have started using the gym as well

^please advice me where can i start from? i am confused....my doctor also said that i need to loose weight to avoid any problems with my backbone......but i dont know what to do :(
