Basically I am doing NOTHING! I have no time for Gym..all I do is sit all day at work. Anyway, I have a very light breakfast just milk mostly (150-200 calories), lunch is heavy (I avoid rice & just have gravy + soup + sweet dish), dinner is some salan with 1/2 to 1 roti. I am doing nothing else which is really bad in fact.

This reminds me of something. I once started a thread in this forum regarding it as well.

My cousin had BMI around 26 & was prescribed by her doctor to have a herbal medicine (FDA approved) named OrSlim. I was taken aback by it because I am against any oral medicine herbal or not for weight loss or height etc. Anyway, then i searched the internet & asked my doctor as well. He too said that its a very safe medicine & serves the only purpose that as soon as you have fat intake, it melts it and does not add to it. He too said it is FDA approved so has no severe side effects only some digestion issues while using. I asked my cousin & she lost some 4 kg in two months.

Now, I am wondering if doctors think the medicine is okay & it is also FDA approved & the reviews all say its safe to use, should it be okay to use? I am scared of taking anything.

my weight:72 and target is 60(target november) if *not 12 kgs then i really have to reduce half of it :frowning: as my brothers marriage is on 15th november.

i have 2 digest ive biscuits wit tea in morning, in after noon i have daal or sabzi with half roti with curd, in dinner i take full roti

dont know if its right or worng but i am unable to loose a single kg*:bummer:

Don't beat yourself up over your circumtsances..

I think Orslim is much like Xenical that you get in the UK

I know Xenical is for the obese and GP's won't prescribe to the weights that me and you have ..

Yeah I think it is like Xenical, not sure though. What confused me is that my cousin's doctor & my doctor both are okay with us using them while I've always had the impression that anything orally taken for weight loss isnt good.

i feel soooo much better now that i can get back to my shred exercise, and you girls :clap:

Gonna have to work it off, but starting the shred again tomorw with my sisters

so just going to do all the housework stuff - already washed 2 wash loads laundry

still got washing up, mop, make handi, and then ironing :smack: - shud be enough heh? :confused:

last time i weighed myself which was 3 days ago i weighed between 67 . 68 ...

attended a wedding and wore a fitted gold slinky dress and a few of my cousins commented i had lost weight (YEY)

so after the wedding which was on sunday had a few lazy days where i ate whatever but now i have a cold and im going to get back into it

ONLY 2.5 ISH MORE KILOS TIL IM 65 .... MAKING ME 2 KILOS AWAY FROM MY FINAL GOAL WEIGHT YEY

badly need to lose around 9-10 kgs until December...have got a few family weddings to attend..

Current weight: 79
Goal: 68-69
Age: 26
Height: 5'7

My ideal weight is 65 but would be more than happy to be around 68-69 until December..then I can worry about the rest..

I usually have oatmeal for breakfast, a brown bread sandwich for lunch and grilled chicken with salad for dinner...I do just fine over the week but weekends are troublesome!...

Cardio, 3 days a week and 2 days weights..

Just started on Monday with this routine...lets see how long I can cope...:/

Update from me …

I went for my spinning last night.. it was soooo boring.. not doing spinning with that dude again.. I used to love spinning at my last gym

Thankfully weight is down to 65.8kg and I have my spinning at lunch time and then will do it this afternoon as well

I had a big cup of milk with Oatbran and feel quite full and have loads of fruit around me to stop me from eating anything bad

hey girl i ve lost 2 pounds in last 12 days ... Hmmm i knw very bad progress but i m not doing any exercise just dieting. Coz i dont hav much time 4 exercise. Now i have 2 lose 4 pounds in these coming 10 days. Coz of my nephew's bday on 8th oct, n i want 2 look a bit slim. Cum on guys motivate me n give me sum useful tips so tht i can lose these 4 or 5 lbs quickly.......

Let's start simple belledonne (oh and shonaali)

1) Have a target weight and a target date, not something like I want to lose 20 kilos in 10 days, more of a I need to lose 5 kilos in 2 months type of thing, try and choose a date that links to an occasion (sp) such as with me .. I am seeing hubby on the 28th of Oct (a month away) and I want to be 60 kg and currently I am 65.. so 5 kilos in 1 month..

2) Start drinking water, herbal teas, green tea oh and 3 glasses of water before each meal used to really help

3) Cut out white (not being racist) but just stop using white sugar, white bread, white rice, potatoes, flour (biscuits etc)

4) Eat fruit, don't think of when and where and how many just eat as much as you can, and replace any snack you're having with a piece of fruit, ps bananas are a no no at the mo for me..

5) Just start walking/running.. I walk up the escalators rather than stand, I walk up the stairs at work, I walk to see a colleague rather than call them on the phone.. I have started using the gym as well

I have not had a chance yet to do the dvd workout but will do tonight

we have had no water in our area past two days ( but luckily our street has )

so the kids have been home from school as they were closed and the weather been soooo hot

just had no energy left :bummer:
