hey confu dear i m just eating less but evry 2 hourly. I m not doing any exercise coz i dont hav time 4 it. Just hav a glass of luke warm water early in the morning n than have something every 2 hours like take an apple thn after 2 hour take a glass of low fat milk or couple of biscuits but than the thing is its suiting me, i dont knw abt other as ever1 has different body structure. I hope it helps.
Count me in guys, I got married two months ago and kinda gained some weight, though for some reason ppl are telling me I look the same and no body said I look fat, maybe its water weight maybe something else. But i can see it on the weighing machine :( I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to lose it man.
i dono how much I will b able to loose till bakra Eid. hmmm.. ?i really dont want to give up :(

and timeframe: want to lose atleast 20 lbs in the next 3 mnths.. the other 40 lbs can come off slowly but I need to set a goal for the mid of next year for that!
I've had weetabix with 1/2 cup of low fat milk & a cup of coffee with 2 tsp coffeemate and 1 tsp sugar (i know its a no no but I have to wean off the sugar, cutting it out totally gives me migraines as I get low BP)

Welcome aboard and I have noticed that one date (kajoor) chopped up gives you a proper sweet kick and it is not as unhealthy as cane sugar, maybe try that or honey maybe
