I went yesterday lunch for spinning and then last night too

I have a class at luncg today and am having porridge with nuts sprinkled in

My weight was 66.8 this morning and I am hoping it is due to the spinning classes and not my over eating :(

hey guyz its been a while since i have updated here you guyz are going great keep it up girlzzz i am just trying to eat good healthy foods not excercising but loads of physical activites *shopping hehe :D

Ok update form me, Aunt Flo is here and I seemed to have balooned back to 66.6 kg

This morning I had two small yoghurts and oatbran and feeling quite full

Lunch will be Veg soup after my spinning class

What else nothing new

24 days left and the 5kg I was keen to lose seems to be a bit too far off

hey yapeeeeee i ve lost 2 lbs more. Yayy yayy so happy.i m at 158 lbs.
Now want 2 lose another 2 lbs till this coming saturday.

Hey Xjatti.. You are so much stronger than me I don't know if I could resist cake..

If you go into Holland Barret, they sell Oat bran and Oat germ it really fills you up and it is less than £2 for the packet

I really feel full afterwards

I really want to lose this weight but seem to have lost my mojo.. and shanaali..well done hun and tell us what have you been doing.. all the advice you can give the better :)

plan for next 2 days, no carbs tonight and tomorrow....30 min pilates session and long walks.

hey confu dear i m just eating less but evry 2 hourly. I m not doing any exercise coz i dont hav time 4 it. Just hav a glass of luke warm water early in the morning n than have something every 2 hours like take an apple thn after 2 hour take a glass of low fat milk or couple of biscuits but than the thing is its suiting me, i dont knw abt other as ever1 has different body structure. I hope it helps.

Count me in guys, I got married two months ago and kinda gained some weight, though for some reason ppl are telling me I look the same and no body said I look fat, maybe its water weight maybe something else. But i can see it on the weighing machine :( I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed to lose it man.
i dono how much I will b able to loose till bakra Eid. hmmm.. ?i really dont want to give up :(

or i got a sudden weight gain cuz I left exercise after marriage :( maybe that is the reason I gained weight

Nida in that case just go back to doing whatever you were doing pre marriage. Don't hold yourself back thinking you don't have much time. Every day is a new day, a new beginning. Good luck and keep us updated.

Goal weight: 140 lb
Height: 5'6
Age: 26
and timeframe: want to lose atleast 20 lbs in the next 3 mnths.. the other 40 lbs can come off slowly but I need to set a goal for the mid of next year for that!

I've had weetabix with 1/2 cup of low fat milk & a cup of coffee with 2 tsp coffeemate and 1 tsp sugar (i know its a no no but I have to wean off the sugar, cutting it out totally gives me migraines as I get low BP)

Welcome aboard and I have noticed that one date (kajoor) chopped up gives you a proper sweet kick and it is not as unhealthy as cane sugar, maybe try that or honey maybe

Maybe try oatcakes instead of digestive biscuits as there is butter and sugar in digestives
