When I weigh myself this Wednesday I'd really like to see it gone down to 74kg from 76kg.
I had a small meal of rice and chicken, 1 samosa and 1 small slice of cake for lunch....for dinner I'm having only tea. I'm semi crash dieting again because I'm just too bad at maintaining a healthy diet.....and I'm really desperate to go down to 63kg before mid December.
Going for my 90 minutes brisk walk now....

I have been so so so so so bad.. that this mornings weigh in is 66.6kg.. The devil
So back on the wagon today.. I now have 8.5 kg to lose and have a month and a day
I am going to start counting calories
This am..
1 teaspoon of coconut oil.. 50 cals
1 SSMilk Coffee - 100 cals
I want to lose the 2 kilos I have gained over the past 2 weeks that's it..then vack to 58 kg target
The good thing is I joined the gym.. I have my gym pass and my gym clothes and will go at lunch and in the evening..

Confiiii - going to the gym twice a day might be really tough to keep up with.
You need a proper breakfast girl - trust me its the most important meal of the day, i promise you it will help with weight loss! Its better you have an egg at 80 cals than a teaspoon of pure fat - oil.

I Have re - evulated my target and using a BMI calculator at 52 Kg at 5ft 2 I will still be in the healthy range (BMI of 21)
So here we go again.
Origional Weight 74kg
Current Weight : somehwere between 59-60 kg ( since starting on here 2-3 kg weight loss)
Target Weight : 52 kg
Height: 5ft 2
Age: 23
Todays breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and 2 cups of tea no sugar and skimmed milk.

Ingredients
Imperial
6 medium ripe tomatoes
700g / 1½lb
1 medium potato
110g / 4oz
1 medium onion
110g / 4oz
Handful fresh basil leaves
15g / ½oz

Tomato concentrate
1 heaped teaspoon
Lea and Perrins Worcester Sauce
Dash
COOKING EQUIPMENT
1 Roasting tray
1 Pan

Turn your oven on now so that it’s pre-heated ready to cook later on! Heat settings are 200C / 400F / Gas Mark 6.

First, peel the tomatoes. Do this by making a small cut in the skin then plunging the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute.Run cold water over the tomatoes and the skins can then easily be peeled off. Cut the peeled tomatoes in half with a sharp knife, avoid squashing them.

Peel and finely chop the garlic (enlarge the picture above to see the chopped garlic). Place the halved tomatoes on the bakingtray, cut side upwards. Sprinkle the garlic over the tomatoes and spread the basil leaves over the top.Sprinkle two tablespoons of olive oil over the basil and tomatoes. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and leave it there for an hour.

Peel and finely chop the onions. 40 minutes before the tomatoes are roasted take the tray from the ovenand sprinkle the chopped onion over the tomatoes. Put the baking tray back in the oven.20 minutes before the tomatoes are roasted, peel the potato, chop it into four and place it in a pan with 470 ml (1 pint) cold water. Put the pan of potatoes on the hot plate and let them gently boil. Add 6 whole seeds of Star Anise here if you want.

When the tomatoes are roasted, take the potatoes off the hot plate, remove the Star Anise seeds and add the tomatoes to the pan of potatoes (don’t drain away the potato water). Add the tomato concentrate, a couple of shakes of Lea and Perrins and season with salt and pepper to taste.Use the food blender to puree the soup to a roughish texture.

Put the blended soup back in the pan used for the potatoes and gently reheat for 5 minutes stirring every minute or so. Don’t let the soup boil.Taste the soup and add any more salt pepper according to taste.
Serve in warm soup bowls and garnish with a couple of parsley sprigs or basil sprigs if any is left.

it totally depends on the reason of the headache.
If its due to low blood sugar or dehydration working out will make it worse
If its a tension or stress headache then working out will make it better

My very fit dubli patli pic from over a year ago and my old jump rope. So I am going to use the jump rope to make myself look like the way I did in the pic. :o

Sounds good Inspiron, You've done really well to get down from 74kg to 59
I just want to get down to 58kg :( but taking your advice on board and bought myself some oats for breakfast and will be doing my very best to lose the weight..

66.3 today so atleast down from yesterday.. I haven't been to the gym as had a mini breakdown yesterday.. :(
I have my gym stuff and my diary is packed for today so I can't go to the gym during work and if I leave by 5pm then I will try and get an hour in as any later and I get home late due to the almost 2 hr commute
