I don't care this is a lifestyle change.. I need to get used to cutting down on the carbs
good job ladies.. !! but ladies let’s keep in mind not to starve our self and have atleast 1200cal which is the minimum for healthy weight loss aswell as taking vitamins would be a great idea..
just saying because i fell sick last time got to a point where my b12 and iron got extremely low
and… weigh in for me tomrrow and i move on to level 3 for workout tomrrow
^Hareem - just keep going , I joined Peak fitness by the way.. I hope that's going to work out for me as I can use that before or after work ..
I was so craving chicken wings but sensible Confi .. I purposefully had very little change on me so I didn't buy anything, came back to the office and had tinned soup and a bread roll..
I'm not a fan of tinned soup so hopefully when I get a place of my own I will try and make a batch of soup that I can have whenever hungry ..
I don't remember last week's weight. I was hoping to be 75 but oh well.
No carbs after 4 and pilates session.....I haven't done any pilates for 2 months now and my belly has started to grow back now. :(
I know exactly how you feel! I used to do the 20 minute circle routine from Winsor Pilates and it was AMAZING!!! I don't have the set anymore and I can definitely feel the difference. I need to get my hands on it again!!
I had cottage cheese with a little organic honey and strawberries for breakfast, a turkey & cheese sandwich for lunch, iced coffee around 3:30 PM (it was a stressful day at work), and Chicken Bellagio from Cheesecake Factory (without the prosciutto, and I ate less than half of it!) for dinner. My hubby and I did not work out last night but we will be working out today!
This morning, I have had a cup of tea and know I am having a venti White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks. I also had one birthday cake pop. :( I brought cottage cheese with organic honey to eat - I am sure that it will keep me full till the evening. I need to start bikram yoga soon, but we've been so busy with work and we're moving next week so we need to pack everything up.

Try carton soups :) soooooooo much better! like skinny soup or covent garden or tesco own brand is very tasty too!
Confi _ try and fit some protein into the morning like some eegs or some slow energey release carbs like Oats...the only carbs i eat are oats because I find both really keep me going till 1pm atleast.
