Can you give tips on what you've been doing to lose the weight
Weighed int hsi am.. 64.8 kg :( and I ate like there was no tomorrow and felt a little horrible
So today, it is my down day to recover from the calorie spree yesterday, I am going to eat very little till tonight
This am .. I had a slice of toast with coconut oil spread.. and now drinking a milk coffee to get my calcium level up
So how are you girls doing..

omg.. totally!! 2 yrs ago I lost 10 kg in 15 weeks.. and i know the diet i followed.. i JUST need to get motivated.. pm and ill tell u what i followed..

Yep .. I am going to the gym at Lunch time to register.. and atleast gym for a few months until I am down to 58 then I will try and run outside when the weather is a little better

I burnt over 650 calories in my 55 mins workout today. That is awesome. Now only if I could keep my junk food level down.

im having such a hard time keeping my sweet tooth at bay
in the exercise dept
burnt 15 mins on the threadmill
20 on cross trainer
15 on bike
foood wise there was no rountine at all
i had:
1 packet of crisps with an orange juice
then i had gosht aloo and a roti with a bit of yogurt 1 n half cup of pepsi
then i had noodles again with coke
and again jacket potato with coke
water intake 1.5 litre
exteremly bad day

I had - porridge for brekkie 247 calories
Then I had 2 boiled eggs and some cherry tomatoes for lunch - 200 calories
For dinner I had - baked fish, 2 yoghurts, some jelly and fruit - 430 calories
so a 900 calorie day.
No excercise No time!

Okay, here goes: weight is 200 lbs (YIKES!), goal weight is 175 lbs (25 lbs in six weeks), height is 5' 6.5", age is 24 (almost 25).
I'm about to go to the gym, so here it goes!!

Alright, I finished at the gym a few hours ago. I was on the treadmill for 60 minutes (burned 630 calories) and then I went on the elliptical for 30 minutes (burned 370 calories), for a grand total of 1,000 calories!
I'm thinking of going on a 1,500 calorie diet, plus adding a morning workout (alternating between bikram yoga and spinning) to my routine, in addition to evening workouts.
Does anyone have any advice?

I am being really bad.. The scales waived at 64.9 then back to 64.8 :(

Whats going on with everyone slacking off .....
Fortunately for me my cousins wedding is this weekend so i can't afford to slack off hence been eating a lot less than i usually do
Today's food consisted of:
Breakfast: sliced orange ,tiny bit of yoghurt & oats
Lunch: fried egg
Dinner: soup
Dessert: small chocolate bar ..... really needed something sweet and I don't consider chocolate to be an unhealthy food anyway.
Weighed myself today : 68.4 kilos .... hoping to be 67 by this weekend inshallah
