its a misconception....sexual drives are not discriminated....
there are men with low sex drives..and there are women with high sex drives...
its a myth...
based on studies...women need as much sex as men do...
men have linear drives...women have..lets just say...its a winding road....
so the illusion makes it seem as if men have higher drives...in fact..the distance between start to finish is the same for both men and women...the only difference lies in how we get to our respective destinations.

pishhhhh yeah i know.....adrea..i really wish women would inform themselves..rather than fall prey to such bull crap....its sad..no wonder education (religious and the rest) is still the strongest tool against injustice...i mean..all the answers are in the Quran...people just dont bother reading it..
I agree, however I dont think education of such sort will do women from our culture any good.
Most of them are brought up in repressive surroundings, they are weak and lack strength to stand up for themselves. They just dont have it in them.
I know of such a woman personally, her husband has cheated on her her entire 30+ marriage life. I spoke to her recently after she bawled her eyes out at his latest adventures and intent to marry and transfer all the jaidad to the other woman.
I suggested before he does that, she should file for divorce so she and her children get their share of the jaidad before the husband goes and lavishes it on the other woman.
I also suggested she move all items of value like the car, her jewellery, her money to a safe location incase he brings the other woman home and she takes it all away from her.
She said she’s too weak to take such actions. So sad. But she is afraid her children would not get their share of the jaidad but she cannot do anything herself.
If it was me, i’d hire a hit man and have the husband killed. The scoundrel didnt even leave the maid alone, she caught him having sex with the maid in their bed.

Islam does not teach Sabr when it comes to sex. You are wrong here. Only thing islam teaches is to keep the sex halaal.

The Prophet story is quite touching really but it doesnt justify a man marrying numerous times to satisfy his sex drive like you stated earlier.

for all the reasons, marrrying the person is not the only solution. So to justify 4 wives based on those does not make sense
and if those reasons are valid, then islam would've never stopped at 4. It would be, as many as you can take care of.
