Yeah, the RROD is a hardware failure, which MS fixes for free if you have it within 3 years of your purchase.

So then why do you want one that might have had RROD but has not been fixed?
I'm not sure where you are, but you should be able to find one on ebay. Or if you have an EBGames close by, I'm sure they sell this stuff second hand.
