3 options...which should I choose?

ok heres 3 options that I have and I need help choosing. ive had 3 job offers and i need help deciding which to choose. plz dont move this to careers cuz i know i wont get much response there. and also bear in mind that the purpose of this job is training and to become fully qualified in my field.

Job A:
pay is £8.30 an hour
tutor seems like a nice person and supportive.
tutor is very organised. has called me up many times to tell me about the job and the details and forms needing filling in etc.
he says he’ll be flexible with the hours i want to come …so if i want to come in late and finish late or come early/finish early its up to me and will have study time every day.
i would only have to work mon-fri. overall he’s very flexible.

Job B:
pay is £6.94 an hour
tutor is very business minded and very busy so wont have much time to teach me if i need help etc. says i may have to do tasks that other workers do…such as hoovering  cuz if he can do it then anyone should be able to …if the need arises.
he says i will only have to work 4 days a week…and have 3 days off in a week to study for the exam at the end of the training. says people who have worked with him have found work after this training very easy…cuz he taught them properly.

Job C:
pay is £6.97 an hour. they have a structured training program…but this also means they have tight schedules for things. means i’ll have to work alot harder during the year and do presentations/audits etc. and complete some set courses etc. its a bigger company than the other two above and i havent yet met the person who will be my tutor…so dont know how he/she will be like.
says i have to work mon-fri and also some saturdays on a rota basis. says i will have 4 hours a week to study…and they have alot of books that i can use.
also says i have to get a high class of degree to get the job otherwise i wont get it. so after i graduate…if i dont get the high level of degree…it means they wont accept me…seems to be very strict with deadlines and requirements.

im confused…which job offer should i accept?
if it was you in this case…which would you accept?

Re: 3 options...which should I choose?

C

Experience with a big company and structured training will hold you in good stead for future and having a big company name on your CV - Priceless. Think long term, not short term monetary gain.

Re: 3 options...which should I choose?

I see what u mean...the thing is "C" have asked for a high class degree....what if I dont get that high degree mark?....u know never how an exam/project will go....if i dont get that high level of degree that they're asking for....then when it comes to July....I may be left with no job at all! the company is bigger than the other 2....but then again its not VERY big...its still a local company. I know ppl whove worked with small companies but have still managed to work with bigger companies after this training year....

I just thought that being on the safe side...itd probably be better to go for A.....cuz at least im not risking anything (i.e. being left with no job at all...if i reject the other 2 as well)

Re: 3 options...which should I choose?

^
he is right.
C sounds better for your long term goals. Right now you shouldn't be worried about money part - think beyond

Re: 3 options...which should I choose?

i agree "c" option is much better

Re: 3 options…which should I choose?

:wink:A

Re: 3 options...which should I choose?

Definately C. As ehsan said, just being associated with the big company will help. Even if you don't get the high class degree, having worked with them will make it easier to get a job elsewhere.
