Not just PPP, but all political parties are a bunch of criminals. PPP is a security threat to Pakistan though. Their founder was a traitor who broke Pakistan. Z A Bhutto's forefathers were also traitors, they handed over the state of Juna Garh to their Hindu forefathers!
Noon League, Imran League, Niswar National Party and Qatil Qaumi Movement, all of them are criminals.
Musharraf did the right thing by kicking out Noon League and PPP, but his biggest mistake was he embraced sick murderers like Altaf Husain.
Off and on we deal with load of crape and cow dungs like above. Thread is about rigged elections of 90 where army generals and anti-PPP politicians were involved taking moneys from these generals. Talk about that if you can. you can open your own thread based on above crape and horse sh!te.

Someone has to appear from within us; and no we don't have to live with the cancerous part of us (the criminal feudal elites, corrupt bureaucrats and the army mafia). Of course not all of them are criminals. But those who are killing us, plundering our wealth and denying our right to live honourably need to be eliminated at any cost.
Yes every corrupt needs to be eliminated? How? Through the ideal Islamic rule of TTP?

And people say it is human rights violation case. This is purely a criminal case involved generals, anti-PPP politicians and businessmen. I wonder a thread can be opened on the role of Paki beghairat, tax chor businessmen since partition, who always look for corrupt generals to bribe them for toppling the legal elected government, so that they can do all the loot and plunder with the support of these corrupt generals.

Supreme Court CANNOT do criminal investigations and hear the criminal case. It heard the case on human rights basis which is its jurisdiction. SC has only appellate authority for criminal cases with appeals coming after High Court decisions.
It is now the responsibility of the government to initiate criminal proceedings, do investigation and move criminal courts (criminal cases are filed by the GOVERNMENT not private parties like Asghar Khan).
Turns out that government is reluctant to start the investigation and initiate criminal proceedings. Makes sense. Why would haram khors go after others’ haram khori?

So you think Nawaz Sharif and co were guilty of rigging with the help of ISI and at the same time you just said in another thread “Pakistan ki ghairat mand awaam is baar sirf PPP aur PMLN ko vote karegi”. This kind of explains your definition of “ghairat”.
All the ones involved in rigging, corruption, political murders, mismanagement etc deserve votes of our ghairat mand awaam.

I am very sure that they have received their punishment and although I oppose them politically but hopeful that that they will not repeat mistakes . I remember N$ was saying sorry for most of his mistakes in an interview with Sohail Waraich . years ago .
Last three years he never became a party in any conspiracy against democracy .

**Imran demands ban over politicians named in Asghar Khan case

ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan has demanded of the Election Commission to stop political leaders nominated in Asghar Khan, from political activities.
Imran Khan in a joint press conference with Retd Air Martial Asghar Khan on Tuesday said action should be taken against those politicians and retired army generals who were involved in IJI deal.
He said why investigation has not been started after former DG ISI has stated on oath that he gave money to Mian Nawaz Sharif.
To a question Imran said Javed Hashmi will not take part in elections if the charge of receiving funds form ISI were substantiated against him. Imran said traders and businessmen were migrating from Karachi due to unrest and violence. He urged masses not to vote for political parties that have armed wings.
“The judgment has exposed those that had for decades lied to the nation and indulged in intrigues and conspiracies to come to power”, Imran Khan said.
Even the PPP government tried to circumvent and delay the proceedings of the Asghar Khan case by failing to produce necessary documents or delay on their presentation, therefore it is proved beyond doubt that both the PPP & PML(N) are protecting each other since coming into power since 2008, he said.
Imran Khan said Nawaz Sharif never wanted to get to the truth in this case as he himself & his cronies were involved in the disbursement of amount given to him to raise IJI. The Habib Bank Commission which was formed to give its findings on this funding was disbanded by Nawaz Sharif when he became Prime Minister in 1997.The commission never progressed as Justice Munir was murdered in 1995 and later when Justice Ilyas took over no hearings were ever held, he said.
The fact that the details of the money given to Nawaz Sharif and others has been given as an affidavit by DG ISI and supported by COAS in enough primafaci evidence for to be taken against the recipient of the money, he said.
In reply to a question regarding law and order situation in Karachi, Imran Khan said the political parties are involved in the Karachi-unrest. He said that the political parties are backing armed groups, which is why the situation is worsening day by day.
Imran Khan said due to the intrigues, manipulation and greed of the political leadership true democracy could not be established in our country. Those who were willing to serve the interest of the agencies (ISI etc.) and safeguard the elite status quo were artificially projected as national leaders, he said.
He demanded that the militant groups among political parties should not be allowed to contest elections. The industrialists are shifting their businesses abroad to avoid security issues, he added.
Imran said that head of the commission probing Wali Khan Babar Case, in addition to others, have been killed ruthlessly.
Criticising Nawaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari, he said the two would not act against each other, as their political parties are involved in pre-election rigging, and the distribution of Laptops among the students of Punjab is an example of it.
Imran Kahn demanded that Election Commission should take action against all political persons by debarring them from taking part in political activity; this restraining order should be valid till the outcome of the inquiry by FIA.
Khan said, “These people have made politics into a business and they don’t let any inquiries be conducted.” He called this the biggest problem of Pakistan.
“A powerful man steals in the country and gets the NRO,” he said, referring to Younus Habib, the owner of Mehran Bank implicated in the Mehrangate case for allegedly having a hand in the creation of the IJI. “This was also the NRO, they did not let an inquiry be conducted and did not let him be sentenced,” said Khan. “Only the powerless man goes to jail and this is the tragedy today,” he added.
Khan said that Pakistan was in quicksand. “Who collects tax and who will end corruption?” he said was the question that needed to be answered. “The one who cannot do this cannot pull Pakistan out of this quicksand,” he added.
Referring to certain politicians, he said that those who themselves “have allegations against them of taking Rs3.5 million and those who have Rs5 billion in Switzerland yet say they will not tell” cannot pull the country out of this quicksand.
“They will save each other and not take any action except for this noorakushti and giving statements,” said the PTI chief.
He asked why the Supreme Court’s order had not yet been implemented. “When the time for the real job comes, to investigate, where is the FIA inquiry?” Khan said.
Air Martial (retd) Asghar Khan said on the occasion that distribution of money among politicians was not an act of treason but political corruption.

This is all old and situation is very strange after this case .
Judiciary , ruling alliance and Opposition (PML N) are looking changed .
A war has been started . Biggest target is CJ but media is making joke of every one . Army is almost help less to justify its past . Malik Riaz is using his all sources against CJ .
Malik Riaz is also engaged in an indirect war . Ch Nisar is now bravely struggling against Malik Riaz's killer mafia . Media is hiding that mafia since a decade . It is very complicated situation . Establishment is never happy with bloody civilians and they were engaged in conspiracies against PPP all the time but mean while PML N is too developed as an anti establishment party and they can not kill Nawaz Shareef because he is from their power base . Surprisingly PPP is willing for elections and CJ is also supporting elections . No way left for establishment and Kiani is in the last year of his extension ,not powerful as before .
What options left for them ?

They should be barred from political activities as well as any legal entity who approved/worked with ISI/army/dictator i.e. CJ Ch Iftikhar etc should be removed from office.

This is weird. Why government is reluctant to file criminal cases against all who involved in this unlawful action? GIK is dead but others are alive, they should rot in jails for their criminal activities.
