Yes. Basically it was imported in karachi, then we left all others behind thanks to bhai log.

Now we have MQM/ANP/AMAN /So called TALIBAN/Sunni Tehreek who are doing this in karachi.

I've heard kidnap for ransom is taking rise in other cities as well like Lahore, not too sure how many cities are affected by kidnap/extortion.
