Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

AAZ is the best thing that has happened to the PPP of recent years. Keep up the good work.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

The born leader, the only hope - Not much hope here

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

No surprise. Proven a poor haari is just a slave and he'll vote to whoever his wadera saween says, now whether that wadera is in PPP or outside, who cares!

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

PPP gaining unbeatable lead in Sindh - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

Only reason PPP wins now in Sindh is because of a lack of alternates. WHenever alternates arise, PPP gets thrashed. Badin is a classic example. If other parties form a meaningful ground level presence in interior Sindh, PPP will disappear fast, because Benazir Bhutto was the last true hope for them. Bilawal hasnt been accepted as warmly.

Similar reasons exist for PMLN’s hold in north Punjab, where no alternates were present. PTI’s attempts to create a presence have been met with outright force (killings, murders, threats and what not, a phenomenon which exists in rural Sindh and Karachi as well)

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

I agree for Sindh but not for Punjab.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

its ok guys, the same players, same families and relatives and cousins will still rule over the sheeple.
Corruption to continue full scale, don't expect any changes for common man.
What good are these operations when no one is getting caught and punished? Or why it takes forever to name/catch anyone?
Sometimes it just feels like a big drama being put on for the public.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

It is easy for PPP people to apologize and convince unhappy camper back to their camp. One visit of ‘the born leader’ to his house, there is 100% guarantee that he will be back in PPP camp.

The only hope is really much hope here, your understanding of Sindh’s politics is absolutely wrong.

PPP keeps up winning streak in Sindh - Pakistan - DAWN.COM

KARACHI: Keeping up its impressive showing in the first phase of the local government elections, the PPP turned out as the dominant party in the second phase as well, winning up to 70 per cent of the seats up for grabs in 14 districts of Sindh, initial unofficial results showed on Friday.

According to reports from the districts in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and Benazirabad divisions, the PPP won 3,274 seats in district councils, municipal, town and union committees and union councils.

**The PPP grabbed all the 14 district councils, most of the 14 municipal and 84 town committees, and hundreds of union councils. However, it could win just 14 out of 96 union committees in Hyderabad, where the Muttahida Qaumi Movement won 77.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

People of Sindh has two choices either join Jiay Sindh/separatists or join main stream national party which is still the PPP. It is not a question of corruption as 100% pakis are mentally sick and corrupt.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

That means you are including yourself and "the born leader through the will" in it as well. Oops he laready lives in looted wealth houses in Dubai and London and the only qualification he required to go to oxford was his mother and grandfather. If they had looked at his fathers credentials he would not have got a job as door keeper there.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

Once PPP was “charon subon kee zanzeer” now sindh only, soon that will be gone as well. How the party has been destroyed by Zardari and his nakhatu son.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

They were pushed to wall when their key leaders were killed by the people who have absolute power.

Re: Zulfiqar Mirza group wins all 14 wards in Badin

I left Pakistan a long time ago when still some sanity prevailed. Technically I am not a Pakistani anymore though I was born and raised there. My recent visit to Pakistan, I saw clear cut division between rich and poor (middle class has been eliminated since long). Both categories were found mentally sick and greedy when it comes to money. There was absolutely no rancor or shame how they were earning the money.

Don't get me wrong I am sad and worried as you are as I am SOS and Pakistani origin, when I am describing the current hopeless situation there.
