How is it flexible if I've to follow a Fiqah. Can we assume that practice of Zohrain as followed by our shia brothers is not in accordance with Quran & Hadees?

I'm not mixing it. Let me clear my question further. I want to know basis why it is allowed in Fiqh e Jafria and not allowed in Fiqha Hanfia?

Can a Sunni person following Fiqah Hanfia perform Zohrain (Zohar + Asar under the imamat of shia pesh imam) in Ramadan due to odd office timings?

Almighty Allah Says in Glorious Qur'an: "And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, or [lying] on your sides. But when you become secure, re-establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times."
That the prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times. I hope somehow you'll manage to read Duhar Namaaz at Duhar and Asar Namaaz Asr.

I believe you can pray behind fiqh-e-hanfi, fiqh-e-maliki, fiqh-e-hanbli, and fiqh-e-shafi. They are most authentic and considered mainstream islam in the eyes of the ulema of fiqh-e-hanfi.

But my question is still unanswered why a follower of Fiqh e Hanfi can't offer Zohrain? On what basis it is allowed in Fiqh e Jafria?

I was born in the family which follows Fiqah e Hanfi. That doesn’t mean that I’ll accept everything they say. Insaan k paas damagh bhi hai. Why should I follow their bias against Fiqh e Jafria?

I am not aware of their bias against fiqh e jafria, but what they considered is right I already mentioned in my response.
