Can a Sunni person following Fiqah Hanfia perform Zohrain (Zohar + Asar under the imamat of shia pesh imam) in Ramadan due to odd office timings?

shi'a ke imaam ke peechhe namaaz paRhnaa is baat par munHasir hai k uskaa ai'taqaad kia hai....maiN ne moHammad Shaf'ii Muftii saaHab kii ek kitaab is mauz'oo par paRhii thii jo kaafii tafseel talab hai is liye uskaa zikr yahaN Ghair munaasib hai.

I wanted to offer namaz with Jama’at and after returning from office, I was so tired that I slept and wake-up after Jama’at time. So isn’t is better to offer Zohrain for getting Jama’at?

falling asleep and not be able to wake up in time to do namaaz due to extreme fatigue is a valid reason so a qazaa is to be offered. howevev, having said that, agar is baat kaa iHtimaal ho to koshish yehii karnii chaahiye k banda kisii ko taakeed kar de yaa alarm lagaa le taa k waqt par uTh sake. ab insaan se qasdan/sahvan kotaahiyaaN ho hii jaatii haiN aur chuN k Allah mo’aaf karne waalaa hai is liye agar namaaz qazaa ho jaaye to qazaa paRh lenii chaahiye magar yeh insaan kii aadat nahiiN ban jaanii chaahiye…

but I don’t get time to audit Pesh imam, as I don’t audit evry Pesh imam of the masjid where I pray during shopping or on way back from work. I think its the matter, where we have to accept things on face of it. If I start auditing ke pesh imam ki tona main haram luqme kitne aur halal kitne to ho chuka kaam

aap Ghalat samjhe! meraa kahnaa yeh thaa k if you do NOT know about him [you do NOT have to audit him as you put it] then exercising cautiuon is necessary because he is an imaam from ahl-e-tash’ii…if he was sunni from another school of thought i would have NO reservations. sunnii kaa shi’a imaam ke peechhe namaaz paRhnaa mere nazdeek jaa’iz nahiiN hamaare maslak ke Hisaab se. and this is the bottom line!

to be honest Muqwwee Bhai, you must consult an aalim...i do NOT think you will ever be satisfied with answers given by Gappies N Gappans...
...in short, i would say zohrain is allowed in Hanafii maslak under certain conditions [like traveling, battle field, hajj] and beyond that it's NOT permissable...
...shi'a are shi'a and sunnis are sunnis...donoN ke beech zameen aasmaan kaa farq hai aitaqaad kii roo se...we can NOT hop back N forth the two distinctly different forms of Islam...they have their own reasons and we have our own...
**as per your thread title, you asked for a sunni view which i've given...the rest is up to you if you wanna discard it...you should, as a matter of fact, always consult an aalim for which they have received education and training...
