look at these websites carefully..ha ha look the same ...they are their run by different people but yet they look the same.ALLLLL FAKE..i also wrote letters to the people who hosted these websites.i will get to the bottom of this.

Yeh, my friend actually purchased one dress from ZariChannel and she had a troublesome experience. They are REALLY FAKE!
On the contrary, there is a website called Bargello.com in Karachi... My cousin and I purchased about 9 dresses from them and they all turned out nicely. The fittings and embroideries were nice. In fact, we spoke to customer service in several occasions and we requested for customer references in our country... If you guys are doing the same then you can save yourself from any possible loss.

Hello I can help you with it. If you speak to Sindh Police and send complaints to both Pakistani embassy and British Embassy at the same time then no wonder Mr. Jaffar are going to be in BIG trouble.
My uncle is serving DIG in Karachi and may help you get in touch with local police station or town police officer so that you can take legal action. There are no lawyers gonna work out for you but contacts in Pakistan...

I see that they use other reputable sites to advertise I have started contacting them It would be good if everybody started doing this so we can get rid of them from the internet and no other person ends up losing their hard earned money on these idiots.

I never had a problem with Zari. I ordered one suit from them and it came when they said it would and it looked like the picture. Soo I dunno:confused:

either u were lucky or they let u go for some bigger order.they might not b fake but certainly not honest.i’ll b going to faisalabad next month or so n i certainly hav to meet jaffer hussain.i’ll let u guys know then.
well u can report to internet fraud dept online n if they get lots of complains they might start investigating.Also involve embassies.I wrote to rizwan mian of bizline who developed the site.he said if he gets evidence he will take action so u can write jointl mail to him.his email is [EMAIL=“[email protected]”][email protected]
Also make group complain to paypal in detail might freeze his paypal account.they do report frauds.
I am involving paypal in this disput and request everyone who have been ripped off to contact them and tell them about all these messages so they can see for themselves.
I have even complained to fuzing.com because Jaffar also uses their site to do his business.
There is power in unity how can we all unite and complain to the right internet authorities.

it depends on how much pressure you have put on paypal, and if the seller has any money in their paypal account. paypal sends out email to buyer but can not force the buyer to pay if there is no money in the account, the best they can do is close the account or limit its use.

Guess What! as soon as I escalated my dispute to a complaint I get an email from Mr Jaffar that I'll be getting my dress on Tuesday via dhl. I'll wait to see until I get my dress before I withdraw my complaint.

also a negative feed back is very important, write a good negative feed back addressing the issues you had and dont withdraw it, this will give the other buyers some info on there business practices.

I have never ordered anything online except this one time and that too from a pakistani website…IndusMart.com…order was to be shipped within 14 days…it was arrived after two months after several emails were sent to the crew…but the order was pretty similar to the picture…
Not replying to emails is the height of unprofessionalism…i dont mind waiting..but it wouldnt hurt to tell me whats the problem or why am i waiting :halo:

if you complain to paypal before 45 days you can get your money back I guess I must have hit a nerve because ever since I lodged a complaint and Mr Jaffar is having to deal with paypay himself I am getting emails from him everyday requesting me to withdraw my complaint and the dress will definitly come on Tuesday and in good quality.

thats because paypal froze his account, wait till you get the dress and then let paypal contact you asking for withdrawl. make sure to check the goods and leave a feed back on his site.

Man! I cant believe such fraud happening. People like this Jaffar guy make the name of Pakistani owned businesses pretty bad...I mean why cant they respond in an honest way...All the pictures I have seen ion the website are either from magazines, and designer knock offs. They sure give Pakistanis a bad name :(
The moral to all this would be to only do business with the well known businesses who are basically not just after your money, but want you as a client. It should be a whole client experience.

Ask for refund n believe in no more promises.And do send paypal a link of this thread reporting fraud by the seller.Wthout any paypal account lots of ppl would never buy from them.
