firstly we dont say that these “products in design ideas section ONLY” are our own designs and they had been kept out of main categories and are only limited to one category “Design Ideas” also notice “non-proprietory” written on image at top right.
“design ideas” section is intended for our regular customers and that is the reason it is kept separate from our regular offerings and i dont think there is any trust related issue between us and our existing customers.
as for new ones or would be are concerned they can always contact us before making a purchase and even if they dont know despite of marks on images still they would get same product.
no problem there and incase if there is anywe dont abandon our customers.
why we had to do that?
it has been almost three years i guess we waited for somebody to take action on these illegitimate entities selling products of others as their own we contacted several people(Designers) and nobody did anything except Tazeen hasan’s team.
we are a business and we have to compete on level playing field and had to adjust ourselves and we did, although it was tough for us ethically and took us sometime to do it.

sorry to read what happened to you and i would PM you let you know what you can do and i knew this is going to happen as their prices are too low to be real.
junaid i tried to file for a refund thru paypal and they say they cant help because it has been more than 45 days so i emailed that a** to refund my money but i dont think he's going to listen.
that is horrible , thats why many merchants are using paypal these days, you ship product after 45 days even if that is crap and buyer has no case....
send them paypal a nasty email again and ask them how can one file a complaint when you havent received the product.. dont tell them they didnt reply to your queries as they would say then you should have filed the complaint earlier.
I am truely disgusted by these websites that rip innocent people off. The clothes on zari look so good... it's so deceitful. Yobabycake i think you should fight for a refund and if you need support we'll be here for you!!!
u cant get jaffar, once u have paid the cash or once ur order has come.hahaaha they are real frauds u know.they will say that they have already sent the item but their shipment is held by some crap and so and so and u will never get a tracking number.then later on after 40 days they will ship it when we call and e mail and email and we get it, but it will be a cheap stuff.this is their way of cheating ppl.they know we cant do nothing after 45 days and they wont email u nor atend calls.they will say they had loadshedding in pak so they r not able to email us promptly as before we made the payment.i ordered only one and jaffar was forcing me to order one more expensive suit which i never did.my suit, infact i wont be bale to wear , bcz its totally crap work and it doesnt fit me either.
so dont attempt to call him again,he wont answer.if u r lucky may be, some one will answer like a kid or some one who doesnt know english
i oredered from zari channel in may to make two sharara's for my brothers nikah..and the order came in time a day before the nikah - not in the best of quality but lets say ok. we had told JAAFAR HUSSAIN that if we're happy we would order for my brothers wedding which was yet to come.
before Ramadhan 2006 we placed an order for 9 lenghas in a budget of £2000. During this order many emails and phone calls were made to make sure evrything is done right and infact jaffar at times rang us from pakistan! very rare for a pakistani to do this! we sent £700 and waited for the first batch which were to be 3 lengas for mehndi. he sent a few pictures which seemed fine and he said the quality does not look good as pictures are taken from a mobile phone. as time came closer Jaffar wasnt replying to emails and when we rang there were 'power failure' in pakistan he said but he has read the emails. No1. if he has the electricity to read the emails how come he cant reply! my mistake then for not realising. 2 weeks before the even we kept ringing as we had not received one parcel and we were also waiting for wedding and valima clothes. our phone calls were ignored and emails were not replied too. however, when i sent emails pretending to be a different customer - i received a reply!! so obviously this guy is a fraud!! i emailed hom a very serious email on how he had done such frad business in the month of hajj!! unbelievable!!...we received a parcel today with only 2 garments in it..one which was to be a lengha but made as a ghagra which was the wedding suit??...and one was the mehndi suit. however from the delivery reciept this parcel had ben sent on the 9TH JANUARY BUT JUST LOOK - HE SEND A PARCEL WHICH SHOUDL BE HERE FOR THE 13TH LATE and then he send one wedding garment and one mehndi garment when the order was for 3 ladies..???...and also the suit he sent are made on such cheap material and ontop of tht he's done designs of his own rather than what was on the pics i sent him. and all this rubbish for £700!!!?????....which is a price for around 4 good quality garments!!
BE CAREFUL HE SOUNDS HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL..HE'L SOUND NICE AND ALL..U MAY GET YOUR FIRST MINI ORDER BUT SOON AS U PUT TRUST IN HIM HE'L DO YOU OVER AND DO A FRAUD.
if anybody knows how to get back what weve lost then i'd appreciate your help..but im not letting this one go..
i orderd from them .big mistake.but my mistake is there worst nighmare.i brought from them.i would email mr JAFFAR and he would respond to me in seconds after i send the email.then after he got paid he would take days to answer,i found that very strange,so i went and looked them up.THEY ARE FAKE...i wanted more work done $700 worth,he got paid and vanished,he wanted me to pay with western union,hell nooooo
i payed him throu paypal.so what happens next gets better,...lets just say i paid him on jan 14 and got my money back on jan 16... i was going to get my money back even if i had to go to pakistan to get it myself.
thats right people i hired a lawyer against zarichannel a family memeber they are a lawyer that handels shi* like this ..wait till you find out what else..when i payed throu paypal.it dident even go to zarichannel..or in pakistan ....it went to the ring leader who is in the untied states,right here where i am.sick right..theres more.....
...well im fighting. i got my money back and they got there worst night mare.....anyone thinking of buying forget it,and any of you who sent money to them throu western union ....ur screwed ur never going to see ur money...those who payed securely fight and ull get it back.. im not done with them yet.whats sick they talk in the name of allah.they should be praying to allah.b/c they are going down...this is for you tigeress,fight....dont let anyone take ur money while you watch.
