Thats what i believed, i am saying this for sometime now, but the Jiyalas of Peoples (read PANIC) party are not ready to hear , not only Fouzia Wahab, there is long list of people in the top brass of PPP who have got the party in this mess... i do not get the logic of picking somebody as stupid as Fouzia wahab for spokespersons position when you have likes of Sherry Rehman sitting on the back benches...
This verdict of SC was blessing of Allah for PPP, but they have managed to turn it into a curse, apart from Babar Awan, almost all PPP ministers/leaders even rats and roaches are openly talking about the conspiracies and the problems they are getting into... I thought this was golden opportunity for the leadership of PPPP to get themselves clean...but i guess there is something to hide, there is some corruption and that is why the leadership is in Panic...

*QUETTA: PPP candidate Tahir Mehmood has been declared winner in the Quetta by-election receiving 6357 votes.

Provincial Election Commissioner Mehboob Anwar said his rival candidate Syed Amanullah Shadizai received 387 votes in the bye-elections on PB -1 seat. The seat became vacant after the assassination of PPP Education Minister Shafiq Ahmed Khan on october 25th. Voting was held in 54 polling stations and the turnout was more than ten per cent.
No incident of violence has been reported from any of the polling stations. However police and frontier corps personnel strictly manned polling stations to maintain order.

ISLAMABAD: The opposition leader in National Assembly and the leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said his party will not demand resignation of President Asif Ali Zardari, Geo news reported Wednesday.
Briefing media persons, he said I do not want to air differences by asking for resignation from President Zardari but added, our polices will rest with the implementation over Supreme Court verdict and may shuffle later.
Raising serious concern over the recommended amendment in army act, he said Army Act should not, by any means, be applicable on civilians.
Applauding Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani role in democratic system, he said Kayani has successfully kept military away from politics.

Why doesn't the PPP government investigate these assets. Why don't they bring these culprits to a court of law and get them prosecuted and get their illegal assets confiscated. I think the present government who is more identified as a non Punjabi government should bring Punjabi criminals to justice.
In the meantime Mr. Zardari must answer the proven assets he has without a known source of income. As a tax payers I suspect that he is trying to destroy the evidence against himself due to his position in the government and the episode of Wajid Shamsul Hassan is in front of us. Therefore I think he and other ministers who have allegations against them should immediately resign so that a fair and impartial enquiry and trial can take place against these allegations.
As per your last sentence, please be assured that these guns are towards criminals who robbed tax payers money, and are not against any party or ethnicity! So please keep PPP and Sindh out of this discussion and answer something if you have to defend the proven illegal assets held by Mr. Zardari without a known source of income?
If any one has news about one more gossip of the town that the ex nazim from zardari/talpur native town caught on karachi airport with two bags full of diamonds and dollars belong to zardari and his sister family.
