I do not support Altaf or MQM but being a fair-minded person I do credit Altaf with bringing urdu-speaking people into main stream politics in Pakistan. Let's not forget there was some discrimination against them despite being educated and capable.
Besides urdu speaker(s) does not equal MQM. Many do not support MQM because of their violence and terrorism
