Zardari has come a long way

Re: Zardari has come a long way

I suppose in reality he has failed on the policies that are of actual concern to the nation. Economic crisi is more due to a global recession.

Terrorism has decreased.

Re: Zardari has come a long way

What a racist ignorant statement.
Where did this Punjabi thing come? Isn't MQM at good terms with PMLQ? Do you know that its leaders are all Punjabis?

MQM has no interest in PPP. But without MQM working with PPP, the maniac racists in PPP Sindh will create mayhem and havoc in the city. So for the good of the city and the province it is better for all parties involved to work together, and these parties are MQM, ANP, and PPP.
But was n't it Shahbaz Sharif who suggested making Karachi a separate province and was n't it PPP goons who then went on a rampage.
When PPP goons went on a rampage then did you actually condemn them? Or is your condemnation and abuses only reserved for MQM?

Re: Zardari has come a long way

See post no. 40 from muqawee.

Re: Zardari has come a long way

Ladies and gentlemen,
I think the topic under discussion was Zardari and his policies not punjab, punjabi , shahbaz or nawaz. We must discuss the topic other wise it will be hard to extract some conclusion.
Thanksss

Re: Zardari has come a long way

When exactly has the pakistane economy been great even before global recession it was mis managed

as for terror you must be joking how many drone attacks have killed civillians they attacking people everyday

unless you consider the american killing of civilians as justified?

Re: Zardari has come a long way

same here. I am against such ethnic nonsense but GS is the first place I read about this + if the Sharifs did say something like that we need to know the context in which it was said. All I know about is their fake *mulk bachao tehreek *during the 90s

Re: Zardari has come a long way

So this thread as usual actually turns out to be bashing Zardari right and left. The thread opener is mqm supporter, knowing that it will result in bashing rather than fake praising and later bahsing himself Zaradari's party. As I already said mqm is best at back stabing and this is the clear example of it. As Iconoclast said in other thread, "baghal main churi aor munh main ram ram":)
**
**Khoji start thread in praise of Altaf Hussain if you have enough courage to do it. Please don't **camouflage
the work of PPP here, will you?:) **

Re: Zardari has come a long way

^ I don't want to "defend" Khoji but he has praised Zardari in other threads too, besides Zardari is not PPP and PPP is not Zardari (they are mutually exclusive) even though he is PPP leader but criticism/bashing of PPP does not necessarily mean bashing of Zardari and vice versa.

Yaar, Babar Awan! :smack:

Re: Zardari has come a long way

Read what I WROTE and DO NOT trying to interpret things how you want them to be.

From 2000-2006 Pakistan was in much better shape than from 2007-2011. Surely you must have felt the impact unless you are either very young or very rich or even both! There was some sort of a small boom from 2000-2006 in Pakistan which started to go bust in 2007.

Prices of many products has risen - staple foods, sugar, ghee and on top of that transportation cosst have increased due to rise in petrol and diesel prices. Lower Middle and Working Class families are feeling the pinch because of this. The global economic recession has also meant that many people have lost jobs, demand has fallen etc.

Terrorism has decreased overall because the number of suicide attacks has decreased considerably. Terrorist militias have had their backs broken ad are no longer able to take over districts and areas of Pakistan as they did in 2009-2011. Drone attacks have not stopped very sadly but thankfully terrorist militias have had their backs broken. Militias were emboldened under Musharaf's rule.

Re: Zardari has come a long way

Nearly most Sindhis I came across revile Zardari and hate the fact he took over. However out of Sindh he is winning some respect it seems.

Re: Zardari has come a long way

Did he lie?

Re: Zardari has come a long way

Fair enough. But while I can understand your point at provincial level, I do believe that MQM should have some principles when joining government at the centre and not be willing to get into bed with whoever is in government

Yes I have criticized PPP also. Infact I was one of the first people to condemn Zulfikar Mirza here
