I have listened to a few of his lectures and he sounds very illogical- he serves to show Indian muslims’ ignorance towards Islam in general. He even relates Hinduism to Islam. He would have been beaten up had he been in Pakistan.. This is one of the many problems with Indian muslims- not comprehending Islam fully and starting to give lectures and thats the reason Pakistanis are not willing so much to help poor Indian muslims financially.

first time i saw him i thought he was a moron,but recently i've been watching him a lot on peace t.v and i dont think he is that bad. unlike some stupid mullash in pakistan he does have a lot of knoweledge about islam and quran and other religions and eventhough i dont agree with anything he says he is fun to watch.his comaparison of islam with other religions like hinduism is probably an effort to show the indian government that he is not a terrorist.

I listened to him once on Q-TV and he talks rubbish- he sounds really feeka when compared to lot of Scholars in Pakistan. We need more scholars in Pakistan!

btw the biggest and most respected islamic universitis of sub-continet are in INDIA, BE it in Deoand or barely. ( Almost all the senior pakistani ulema-e-kiram are in a way or other are related to these universities)
and which indian muslim ask you to help them? keep your help with you. indian muslims are capable of helping thierselves Alhumdulillah.

A good speaker is one who is considerate of all the parties linked to the subject matter. One who gives credit where it's due and does not hurt one or more interested parties. That's Dr. Zakir Naik. He is a very knowledgeable person and his lectures are well balanced. He has 1000 gb memory.... I guess that's what it would take to cram Bible, Quran, Geeta and couple other Hindu/Sikh Holy books. I must have been 19 when he visited our school. I absolutely enjoyed his lecture. One thing I noticed during the lecture was that my teachers (most of whom were Catholic/Christian) grabbed their Bibles from the staffrooms when Dr Naik started quoting verses from various chapters. I guess they were just curious to know if he was quoting the right stuff from the right chapters. Sure enough he was right. I guess he is one of those people who always have something new to share, something you did not already know. People like Dr Naik continue to amaze me and I can never feel bored listening to them. And people like quas rather listen to the old neighborhood mullah aka Pakistani scholar whose knowledge is limited to few surah's from the 30th supara and who enjoy eating halwa and murgh.

I want to know zakir naiks' views on what is going on in Kashmir..does he regfard the movement in kashmir as freedom struggle or terrorism..it will be very interesting because he thinks what is going on in Palestine is a freedom struggle

Quas you remarks are far from Islam. You sound so racist! Our Muslim brothers be it from India or China are our brothers. Who gives you the right to criticze a great scholar of Islam - Dr. Zakir Naik. Yes I am a Muslim from Pakistan and I love my Muslim brothers from India. In fact, they are doing better than us. We made a country in the name of Islam and now we are hypocretes who have done nothing for Islam.
