i landed here by default. i work as a Post Doc in Horticulture and the part of my job i hate the most is working on the farm for 4 months during hot/humid/sticky summer.
i wish i move on to something else which might come in the New Year iA :)
i'm doing what i'm doing by default. i was in Med School and due to my non-serious attitude towards studies, i was kicked out of the program due to falling wellllllllllllll below the minimum class attendance required in almost all the classes i was taking in that entire academic year.

About me, I am studying in IT, I loved computers from the beginning.Medicine was not my field because my sister was already studying it. So,I decided to go for some thing different. When I was a kid, I used to think how people do online shopping? Do they have some baskets,pipes to get the things direct at home. You see, how kid thinks,this was old time story. Since then, I thought to join IT field and learn more about computers. Now I am studying in this field, found programming a bit challenging in the beginning but I enjoy it now.

true, and i always wanted to become an actor in Bollywood because my uncle was a successful story and dialogue writer there...i thought his kids [my cousins] would have helped me. :) lol
now, i hate Bollywood and Bollywood actor/actresses! :D
Yeah I am studying a bachelor of science degree, only one more year to go and I 'll be a Software Engineer Insha_Allah .Looking forward to do masters once I complete my graduation and I might go for a phd degree someday only if I would be able to study. I study Java,C++,SQL, shell scripting,.net etc. How about you TS?
I am chartered accountant , wanted to become marine biologist (Did BSc Zoology chemistry (evening)and CA foundation(morning) same year :) . Never liked this profession of Audits waghaira , now not involved in conventinal audit any more, now currently working in advisory of converting conventional business and advisory on how to induce shariah related controls in organzations
I just landed a job as a software engineer, my first job. I studied to be an Electrical Engineer, but then this came along. Haven't started work yet, so don't know if I'll like it.
I might get a Masters in something Software or I.T depending on how I like my job.
Or
Get a Masters in something else.
I wanted to something related to automobiles, but dad advised me otherwise, because Electrical Engineers have a lot more options when they graduate. That kinda makes sense now, because I know I like cars but more as a possession than a profession.
Still thinking about joining the army, because I wanted to do that too, but didn't happen. Never applied. But enlisting now with Bachelors degree, I have the chance of getting in as an officer. So add a job to your resume Saeed and stay fit. The Army boat hasn't sailed yet.
