its been this way since time immemorial. In nature too. The males of the species (MOST species anyway) go out to hunt. the female of the species stay home to raise the offspring. The females have to compete for the best hunters and the best hunters are the ones who make their beds, well, wherever they want....there arent many species that have monogomous males. Since we're human, we have rules that we've imposed on them but the age-old practices are still there.
Its not fair really. I mean making love is an enjoyable thing. I can say this without worry but only cause I'm married. If I made this statement (being female) while I was single, I'd have a really nasty label.
I did go to college with this gal who loved sex and made no bones about it at all... I did admire her in a way for standing up for herself and what she wanted - no relationships, just pure sex for the enjoyment she got from it. That baffled me, because I see it as the most personal gift you could give to someone you love but she saw it more as physical exercise/release/relaxation/enjoyment. To each his or her own. Its not for us to judge....the only prob I've seen in this thread here is when there is dishonesty.
