Well she can reach out to whoever I guess, there isn’t a rule that if you are divorced or widowed you have to marry the same, nothing in Islam about that, you are free to choose whomever you want.

IMO she doesn’t have to feel guilty about anything, if she can get an unmarried girl why would she go for divorced girl?

She shouldn’t marry a unmarried girl or divorced girl… because it is not allowed in Islam
