Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
you said you are muslim by birth so was giving you a proof from the muslim srcipture. If you are not a muslim by your beliefs, please, do not say that Islam is man-made and you are muslim.
The correct sentence would be: I am not a muslim and therefore I think Islam is man-made.
Now say thanks ![]()
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
Is the issue what meats God intends for us to eat? Talk about out of context.
Even so, it doesn’t say it wasn’t man made, just that he perfected it.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
i am not a muslim by belief.......
Thanks? for what bhai?
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
ok … so what you said in your first post should’ve been:
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
please look up “atheist” in dictionary.com.
please look up muslim…
hopefully u can infer that a person can be against religion without being an atheist.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
I quoted the whole ayah hence it’s about meat and other stuff..
when it says perfected… you really need the context… it was the last ayah of The Quran which was revealed, hence the religion was perfected with the last revelation ..

Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
How? You’re either an atheist, or you believe in some god.
You said you were a muslim by birth. Then you said you didn’t believe in Islam. So you either took up another religion or you became and atheist. Is there a third option that I’m missing?
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
yeah …there is …i can believe in a god and not believe in organized religion…and i certainly dont need your approval for it.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
ok … my bad.
Very interesting though. Believe in god but not in religion. How did you come across this god by the way? messenger/divine revalation etc. ?
(I don’t mean that in a sarcastic way. Looking to gain some insight)
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
You believe because you believe. Best of luck with that, use it for good not evil.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
underthedoom: thank you.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
why? im very sure u dont give a damn abt it…
i like to think im born free to choose my way and whatever happens in the end is between me and my god…and i know u wont be there to speak up for me or vice versa.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
u can be spiritual, humanitarian .....not atheist but not religious either.
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
Still … how did you come up with whatever image you have of your god? Certainly, there’s no light without a source.
How do you decide on his/her (begging your pardon for not knowing the gender) attributes. More importantly, how do you know what he/she wants of you?
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
Belief in a being larger than us certainly makes us appreciate life and its beauty as well as complications even more....a look at the details in every little particle of the universe shows (atleast to me) the existence of a higher being........
organized religion on the other hand is man-made and although a need of many....not something i am going to get a headache over.
so am i done with an interview on my personal beliefs?
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
My God is pretty much the same Allah u worship sir…as it is of christians and jews…i just dont glorify people…
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
i guess what i believe more in is humanitarianism.....please look up the word on google since im too lazy to do so......
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
ok. You believe in Allah. That means you must believe in all things that have been mentioned in His book like the Angels, the Prophets and His commandments.
A noble path you follow. I also follow your religion ![]()
Re: Your religion might be a man-made, mine is not!
his book? who said it was his book? the prophet...a man!
when i say i believe in god...it does not...repeat does not mean i believe in the books that are supposedly the 'word of god'
