IF it is humanly possible to to make sure not 1 single word was altered (forgot, transcribed or recorded incorrectly, etc) in the Quran, that doesn't address the hadith which many Muslims put on par with God's words and is an integral part of their faith. It cannot be said with the same confidence 'not 1 single word was created by man' regarding hadith, no?
