2 friends take a stroll to a lesser populated area , are approached by 2 muggers who come at them with machetes , manage to turn the tables , hold down the muggers … This is the part that perplexes me, while they did disarm the men, they could have let them go or simply knocked them out, but, they went on to murder them..brutally..inhumanely.

I been think about it lately. One of my close relative was robbed at gun point. Person robbed has served in military and took shooting sports.

Had he anticipated the event, he could have confronted them.

Then point is when its ok to attack an attacker ???
1-Is other person shooting at you is the reason enough?
2-Is other person pointing gun on your face is the reason enough ?

Or you have to be sitting duck.. because in most cases robbers don’t kill you ?
