DELL inspiron 1501.

Dell the only company which sell its laptop online. I saved 120$ buying it direct from dell.
Wide screen and stuff. Linux picked up almost all the hardware.
So I am happy.

What in god's name is "Middle Corporate Market"?

And I won't make such sweeping generalization statements. I know plenty of large and small (and middle :)) companies who have standardized on Dells, and couldn't be happier.

This was a unknown exploit. Imagine how many similar exist for Windows.

^ and those many ppl would be mostly women. I have yet to find a person who doesn't like OSX. Hardware has its own class too. Way ahead than the mob.

It was supposed to be Middle east, and yes most of the companies in the Middle East use IBM or Toshiba as standard, then comes the HP.

The reason I feel is that Dell does not have good support in the region, While IBM, Toshiba and HP have really good support present in the region.

nope…geek, nerds (and mostly men are nerds and geeks )

they say mac dont give them much of a control, and also they dont feel comfortable using the mac’s interactive [user] interface.

My Hp Pavilion dv9646em…looks great The finish on it is just awesome
And has a lot of great features

now my ideal LApton is fujitsu. I am sick of deLL its made in Malesia. First screen Stop holding it self firm.
Now issues with battery.
Fiujitsu is solid as a rock. Made in japan. Real real heavy duty. very very strong structure. Very expensive though. Its like mike tyson of laptops.

I hear it differently. Hubby's company had Toshibas but now they are switching to Dell. Also I guess Dell captuers major market in middle East, dunno if they are happy with it though.

I agree. I gave my laptop for repair only to get it back in a worse condition and they won't even help now.

I got my 1st Dell laptop in 6th grade.. and I bought the latest model of Dell 2 months ago as I was starting 10th grade.. I JUST LOVEEE MY NEW LAPTOP!!
