Your exercise and eating routine during Ramadan

So how are you guys planning to adjust your work out routines with fasting?

Also share what good healthy foods you’ll be eating during* sahoor *and iftar?

Well, I’m planning inshAllah on working out after iftar.

And as for food… :smiley: I’ll try to limit my portions and make healthier choices…but I usually end up eating samosas and all the other junky stuff. :hinna:

Exercise by reading taraveeh, and I can never eat much anyway in the month of Ramadhan. For sehri I will have something light, and for itaar I will have what my stomach can take, lol. I've heard having fruit at iftaar is really good, and as it is the summer, it won't taste too bad either.

Will tell you once Ramazan is here and I have fasted for a few days.

I won't be doing any work out during Ramadan, just the 30 minutes nice walk/stroll early in the morning.

Besides I plan to cut down all types of carbs in iftar.

It's kind of hard to keep up any kind of fitness routine when you're not drinking water. I don't think strenuous exercise and Ramadan mix well lol.

It is not recommended to workout during ramadan.

i am planing to do excercise after iftari …and as far as food is concern will try to limit my portions.

PS: only one pakora and one spring roll will be ok?? :rolleyes:

just a pakora and roll ?? .. i will die if i rely on these two things only :) ... my iftari routine will be same as BBQ except kabab varieties ...

i’ll choose roti with any daal or something ( since i m trying to loose few kgs :rolleyes: )

yar if i do, i only feel the difference in tummy, i want to gain over all weight, what to do !!
