My plan is to eat a lot of fruit for iftar then whatever is available, not too much food since I would go for tarawih straight after. Then eat something healthy and filling for sehri (I'm still trying to figure out what would taste good. For exercise I'm thinking something low impact, yoga or pilates plus walking for 20 mins every day.

I tend to do any exercise about an hour before iftar so I won't feel too thirsty :D Plus it gives me something to do, 19 hour roza after all...

I want to squeeze in my spin bike work outs and weight lifting....regularly.....I just have work out the schedule for that (I think maybe I'll try to do it a couple of hours befor breaking fast). I either avoid the fried foods or eat them in moderation.....those cheese samosas are so tempting, lol. I've been drinking green smoothies daily for the past couple of months now....and I want to continue that during Ramzan. For Sehri...I'm going to try to eat something light with protein, so it's fills you up for longer. And plenty of water...because I find being being thirsty more difficult than hungry during Ramzan.
