Your daughter

One day you secretly follow your religious hijabi daughter to school and find out she is actually a hojabi.

What next?

Re: Your daughter

Do you realize that such questions can be taken as distasteful? Do you see people asking you such questions about your mother or sister?

Re: Your daughter

o.k nvm!

Re: Your daughter

What's a 'hojabi'?

Re: Your daughter

:hmmm:

Re: Your daughter

Dono agaye ab thread kya lock hojayegi:hmmm:

Re: Your daughter

shayad.

The question needs to be rephrased.

Re: Your daughter

No I want to leave the thread on for a while for people to know that what should be the limit of asking questions. But final decsion is up to Niks

Re: Your daughter

No, please don't lock it yet. I want to know what a 'hojabi' is. I'm actually quite curious. I haven't heard this term before.

Re: Your daughter

It's a good question because it does happen. Just rephrase it to make it sound more halal.

Re: Your daughter

I think there is a way more decent way to ask such a question when you're talking about people's daughters.

Re: Your daughter

Ho is short for "whore" so now add up :).

Re: Your daughter

This question has tarnished my image of KS. I was taking him/her to be very matured person.
This question cannot be posed to anyone in person . It will result in a riot.

Re: Your daughter

Thanks Niks. I was thinking it might be that but wanted to be sure before I posted anything relating to the subject matter.

Re: Your daughter

Here's a substitute question:

What if you find out that your daughter who is a hijabi is actually not a practicing muslimah when she is out of the home? How will you handle the situation?

or

How would you as a parent make sure your hijabi daughter keeps her integrity intact?

Re: Your daughter

Nope, should I have? :bummer:

Re: Your daughter

^^ Thank you Niks......

Seriously people, let's keep some semblance of sharam & haya ....not everything needs to be subjected to potty humour......

Re: Your daughter

It does happen , so have I heard, that girls will go out to college or university all hijabified and change into more modern dress once they are there.

I did not hear more than that.

Re: Your daughter

There was a case in the GTA like that. Aqsa Pervez was killed by her father and brother because they felt she had brought disgrace on them with her modern ways.
