oh and ONE MORE resignation drama from Younus, and he will loose my support. He has done many dramas previously. If you look at his performance, he is doing nothing much. Today most probably he is playing because he is a captain. He should consider himself as “andhoon main kana raja captain” and work hard instead of dramas !
and guys forget about the apology or any sort of punishment for the loser Dasti. He was on many shows in last week regarding the maa***…behen*** k galiaan that he gave on Parliament floor to Faisal Saualeh Hayat but he flatly denied that and all hosts were taken back saying “hum nai khud sunee hain galiaan aur aap keh rahey heein k aap nai nahee deen”. If a guy has a balls to be lier of this degree, how can you expect apology from him about cricket thingie?
im pretty much with those who feel younus has done one resignation too many (albeit this time for a better reason).. at the same time relieved that he has been retained.
hopefully the rumours of political camps and punjab lobby and afridi lobby will be put to bed. it is sad that 15 pakistanies cant get along without provincialism and politics coming into play.
Now Younis is more powerful than ever before. He will have much say in selection process as well. Let's see how he steers the team until 2011 World Cup.

Dasti indicates recalling captain and PCB chief**
ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Assembly standing committee for sports Jamshed Dasti said that this **impression is quite wrong that he did not know cricket as he has played this game.

He said that he did not commit any crime by calling captain Younis Khan.
Dasti said that the standing committee has been tried to be disgraced but he would not take pressure from anybody and he would be calling again the Pakistan Cricket Board chairman and the captain to appear before the standing committee.
**Talking with media here at the Sindh Sports Board on Tuesday, he indicated that the captain and the PCB chairman may be summoned again.

**He said that there is grouping in the PCB and most of the sports federations including the cricket board have been possessed by mafia and we have to take rid off it.

Dasti said that the President has authorized him fully to clean up sports from politics.
He said that an amount of ten billion rupees was embezzled during the tenure of Nasim Ashraf.
Regarding the PCB and team management, **Dasti said that eyes of Intikhab Alam have become weak so how can he scrutinise the performance of a player.

However, Jamshed Dasti could not give any satisfactory answer to the question that why not the standing committee call the president of the golf federation, who is the Chief of the Army Staff or president of the squash federation, who is the Air Chief Marshal.

KARACHI: Pakistan cricket team captain Younis Khan said that he wanted to have the power of the nation which he got and his responsibility ahs been increased after getting powers. He wants to make the Pakistan team number one.
Talking with media after attending the programme of the Islamic Relief Fund at the Karachi Gymkhana, he said that the series against New Zealand would not be easy as the Kiwis play like one unit and we have to play with unity for achieving success against them.
Younis said that after he resigned the entire nation, media and former cricketers encouraged him wholeheartedly which filled him a renewed spirit.
Younis Khan now can concentrate on his ambitions such as beating the Aussies in Australia and win serious World Cup to add to his fun cricket World cup win.
