3 words - people are stupid.
I remember once, on the Tube, i confused this poor lady. She asked me where i was from, i told her i'm from England....i'm British.. She thought i was Mediterranean, but i corrected her and told her my ethnic background was Pakistani. She then started talking about Muslims, and i told her i was a Muslim. She told me i didn't look Muslim ....and the look on her face was priceless.
"How can you be British, Pakistani AND Muslim, all at the same time??"
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
