What are the things (obviously aside from a resume) that you should have READY so that you’re fully prepared for this kind of scenario?

I have never taken any of these to an interview

why would you need them - you CV should suffice

Plus location details ... better in form of a hard copy ...

how about a few passport size pictures? Some organizations ask you to fill employment forms that occasionally require pictures to be pasted as well ....

contacts of prior managers, colleagues who can provide a reference for you
also think of questions you want to ask the interviewer - makes a good impression

Most of the times interviewer would tell you what documents you need to bring with yourself if you are not asked just take a copy of ur CV with u. But make sure the copy of the CV you taking with you is the same you have sent to the co.

A copy of your transcript if you’re recently out of school.

Unless you’re interviewing for industries known for specific type of questions (i.e. case studies for management consulting) focus on having solid answers for common behaviour based questions. They usually start with “tell me about a time…”
