During my two years stay in London, I was always recognized as either Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi!

You know people are just too scared of Pakistanis to acknowledge the person infront of them as a Pakistani so they come up with other nationalities :D

i get that i am Spanish, with my hazel eyes and my last name being PERVEZ and the way its pronounced in north america it sounds spanish PEREZ so i get that a lot and plus no one believes i am a muslim :hehe:

I always get Turkish, Gori or Israeli. I have no clue how I could possibly resemble an Israeli.

I've had people talking in urdu about me thinking I don't understand. One time which particularly stands out is when I went to Foster Ave. in Brooklyn (its like a little pakistan area) with my brother, and a group of pakistani high school girls started saying things along the line of oh why is Z (my bro) walking around in a paki neighborhood with a white chick, and how I must be loose in order for him to refuse desis and go with an outsider. They were stunned when they got a punjabi galiyaan filled tongue lashing from me :D Hilarious, really.

Hehe yeah I know, but my features are very much "pakistani" so to say, the only thing that throws people off is skin color I guess. :D
