Nowadays the size of handbags are bigger than women themselves, we don't need to see the contents to tell.

I don't think something like a handbag tells you eveything about a woman's personality...but it can give you some idea about certain traits, likes/dislikes, etc.
A handbag is basically a storage place. That said, maybe other storage areas such a drawer or a car even..could reveal something about a person (male or female). If the handbag is cluttered...it could mean a disorganized person. If it's cluttered with ancient receipts....it could possibly mean an attachment to the past. Does she have a ton of makeup in there? If so...her appearance is very important to her. If she has just the very basics...functional things such as a wallet, pen, cellphone, bandaids....maybe she's more of a practical person and very simple when it comes to her looks. Examining the wallet can give you an idea of what stores she likes....does she have a library card? If so, maybe she enjoys reading. Even looking at reciepts can give clues to places a person frequently shops at, what things they like, etc. Or even pills in the purse can tell you if they have allergies or migraine, etc. Heavy duty sunblock? Maybe they're the sporty type.
I think the exterior of a handbag can also give you an idea of personality. If it's a small handbag (can't hold much)......maybe she's the kind who prefers to travel light, wants to feel carefree, has her ideas in her head. If it's a huge handbag......maybe she's the type that want to be prepared for what comes her way. Is it a handbag made from an enviornment friendly material? If so...she cares about the environment. Is it a neutral color without any frills....maybe she's more conservative. Is it bold with a loud design? Perhaps she's more outgoing/flamboyant. Is it embellished with sequins and bling? Maybe she likes drama.
It can provide some idea, but to get the full picture...you obviously have to get to know the individual.

To a certain extent yes.
For example, my handbags are small-medium, uncluttered, organized, and have all basic essentials. I'm like that in other areas of life as well. At home I like to be organized and predictable.
Most of my handbags have a defined shape...as in they are rectangular with sharp edges, not the usual bag where you throw everything in. I have had bags where you could dump your entire closet but it didn't work for me...that wasn't me...I needed clear and clean so I could close my eyes and pick out what I needed instead of fishing for it.

No, not really. Sometimes I don't even carry a purse and just take my wallet. Some times I have liking for bigger bags where I have room for lot more. Other times I carry a clutch with a few things. So really depends on my need and where I am going. So my purse/bag is never the same. I bet someone is going to come along and say it shows I'm indecisive, in which case I know I am not.

I don't have a single clutch...that tells I have kids and I usually avoid evening events/night outings.
I love cross body bags that makes it easy to run after my boys.

I’m not that wild about handbags and don’t really own that many. I usually carry around the same denim handbag wherever I go. It has room for lots of things so sometimes it’s full. And sometimes it’s not. Usually it just has some makeup (eyeliner and lipgloss), a small hairbrush, sunscreen, money/buspass, tissue and sanitary napkins, and maybe gum.
For parties and formal functions, I used to carry this cute small black purse that had a big ring attached to it so I could wear it as a bangle. I would use it to carry my makeup for any touchups. I lost it though

This sums it up quite well. Also it depends on which stage of life you are in. A single girl's requirements are different than a mum of 3 kids. I love handbags, but my bags were bigger and more practical when my kids were very young. Now the kids are older, I can get away with smaller or more stylish bags. I dont like wearing too much Jewellery, so pretty hanbags are a good alternative and I often get compliments for them.

Well it says that you are looking to develop a better structure and organisation in the way things are done. You tend to control life by organising systems and people to meet task oriented goals, but you also have one eye on the future and are looking for a process of continuous improvement.
You like to work with competent people who, being in the right roles, have the appropriate skills both to do their job and implement the improvements you envisage

I have quite a few handbags but most of them are unused. I only like taking this one comfy Pandora's box type handbag which can have my books stuffed in when needed and my cell phone, wallet, a hairbrush, orbit or extra chewing-gum and a few other things too which I don't remember lol :p
To some extent it could tell about a person but then again everybody varies :)

I never carry a handbag, just a small wallet purse. I put car/house keys in my pocket usually and leave the fone in the car. Sometimes I take the fone too.
