I'm a book reader, but I think there are various reasons that people stopped reading.

Excessive TV watching is one of the reason. Free mobile paclkages to kill time another one.

I'm a book reader when I want to be. I can spend years without reading a single book, yet, devour 4-5 books in a span of 1 month if I'm in the mood.

I'm a book reader. I'm a nerd, I like to the read book before the movie.

I can't watch the movie of a book I've read. They never do justice to the book.

Same here , I think it’s a phase that comes n goes but mine is in dormant phase since last 2-3 years.

I can also relate to the reason as given by muqa.I am more into watching dramas/movies than reading books.

I prefer books over watching.

You are right; they rarely do justice. Which is why i read the book first. It's hard to reverse it. A blah movie won't make you read the book.
