Used to.
Bikram Yoga…where they heat the room to close to 105F and make you do a series of 26 postures in 90 minutes. You bathe in your sweat.

yeah its my own invention its called the la-z-boy yoga, u recline back, with a remote in one hand and a drink in the other, and you stay in that pose for a few hours, very relaxing.

Hatha yoga, which focuses on postures, breathing and meditation.

That's a tough posture to stay in for so long especially when DAA BEARS are losing. :(

Bikram is something I’m interested in but don’t have any classes close by, though I’d like to be abit more flexible and stronger before starting Bikram classes.

I’m currently taking Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga classes.

birdflu thats the best part no classes necessary, i can teach you via webex in 5 mons, it costs $500 + teh cost of la-z-boy.

one quick question for all.

Hatha yoga, is that the yoga all desi teen guys use?

I do non-spirtual yoga! It helps me maintaining my weight! I do camel posture, sansar, cat posture, knee posture, back posture, etc! About 20-25 minutes daily.

I always wanted to take a bikram class. i heard u need to be physically fit to take this. its supposed to make u sweat like a pig.

I do Hatha Yoga, I like it. I do Pranyama i.e breathing exercise.

Some one said they do Ashtanga Yoga, well what i know ( after reading alot)
Ashtang Yoga is from Patanjli's Sutra, it means 8 limbed yoga, what are these 8 limbs.

1) Yama- Social Discipline
2) Niyama- Personal Discipline
3)Asana-Posture
4)Pranyama-breath Control
5)Prathara-Withdrawl of senses
6)Dharana- Concentration
7)dhyana-Meditation
8)Samadhi-Union

Well that what is real Ashtanga Yoga is, It is simply, postures + Breath Control + plus Personal Values+ Social Values + Concentration + Meditation + finally giving up the sense of I

Honestly speaking, all this Bikrm Yoga is gimmick, Its like Mr Bikram has more knowledge than Patanjali or guy who wrote Hath Yoga Pradpika.
