Just unbelievable . The disreputable shown to a community. The current highways obviously not built solely by blacks. But manual labor was all they did in the past. And that manual labor included building highways.

Before leaving I will appreciate if u don’t misrepreesent. 0.01 pct (I had mistakenly stated 0.1 pct) - means no blame. Was simply being sarcastic.

Of course we can find individual cases when the police is right and the black person concerned is wrong

But I assign ALL the blame 5o cops establishment media and supporters. And those such as urself that dig for non existent reasons..
