d Her face seems to have a peeli-yellow shade to it now. is this a sign of some deficiency. my hubands says its nothing to worry about, should i get her blood test done, or just feed her something to help …her diets all over the place, she eats when shes in the mood or wont. her sleeping habit is bad. she wakes up around midday. and sleeps around midnigt. its my fault during ramzan, as im awake until 5am, and then im knocked out and just wana slp, i feel like a bad mum now.
but can someone guide me into whats acceptble eating and sleeping pattern.thanks
little bit of milk around 40z
little bit of roti and chicken salan
almost 2 slices of toast with ghee on it as a spread
milk 30z
1 spoon of yogurt
banana
apple
at iftari time her dadda said she ate lots of pakorey.
again few bites of salan and roti.
and its now 10pm she will have 40z milk and sleep.
Toddlers need to eat atleast 1000 calories a day.
Incorporate grains and veggies into her diet.
She probably got full on all the pakoray she ate. Instead of letting her eat the fried unhealthy stuff, you should have started by feeding her the roti salaan.
Boil her some broccoli's and carrots and let her eat those ... my toddler loves her broccoli.
And don't listen to your husband on this one. Take your kid to the doctors asap!!!

Why are you up till 5 am...?..Is it because of the younger kid...??
You need to bring a routine to her life and also take her to a doctor if she looks pale or yellow to you.Unfortunately just 'feeding her' something wont fix if there is an issue (god forbid..!)
UP UNTIL 5am- cant sleep before sheri, i know i have to get up and kids dnt slp until late, and then after sehri its around 4AM once namaz etc all done, but getting into bed/clearing up, making the younger ones milk etc by the time im actually aslp is around 5...

nadz, i dont know why you are not able to find this stuff, check out some market carrots will be available n if you cant find brocilli, buy tht maggi brocilli soup.
n keep her diet healthy is she taking enough calcium, lack of calcium also causes pale skin, n plz do take her to dcotor

Nadz you need to set a routine that will work for you and your babies. Children feel better when they follow a certain routine. They sleep better and eat better.
When do you babies go to sleep??

nadz i also sleep after sehri but i make sure my baby sleeps at her time, n she sleeps wth her dady according to routine, dont make babies routine tht suits you, make your routine tht suits your kids, if you are not sleeping then make sure she is sleeping alone either wth her dady , grandmother , who so ever, but make sure she is getting tht long peaceful night sleep, nothing can beat the night sleep, once her routine is set n she is getting enough sleep during night you will notice tht she will be more fresh , healthy and active and avoid these pakoras n junk food she is only 2 give her healthy food plz

And her routine and diet is awful... Sorry... But she comes first.. Not Ramadan. It's easy to get relaxed when the grown ups don't have a routine... But night sleep is the most imp sleep for a kid...u can make them sleep the day away, it will still not ant to the rest a nights sleep gives.
Carrots not available???? Appa... Look again. Make her porridge in stock... Add veggies or if she is picky.. Just blend it all. Smoothies and milkshakes... Home made fruit juice
